We spent our summer vacation with six people at Villa Kate. From the first contact through the duration of the entire vacation to the checkout, everything worked perfectly. Very friendly, professional and obliging. In particular, the hosts of Villa Kate, represented by Antonija, were very accommodating and hospitable. First of all, we would like to thank the owners. They were very friendly and were always available when needed. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly welcome and there was a large fruit basket and drinks in the fridge. Thank you for that. Furthermore (although it may seem insignificant) detergent for the washing machine and dishwashing liquid for the dishwasher were freely available. We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply.

Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll. Das Haus hatte alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, der Außenbereich war schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Traum. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Da ich nicht gerne Romane an Rezessionen schreibe denke ich das der nachfolgende Satz alles beschreibt. Würden wir hier noch einmal Urlaub machen, ein ganz klares ja.

Wir hatten eine echt schöne Zeit und können diese Villa wirklich jeden wärmsten empfehlen.

A very nice Villa with enough room for 8 people. Everything with air condition and modern interieur. Nice People, Karlo was very polite and host. Some bedrooms have no direct access to the bathroom, you have to take that into account. Would be great if the villa would provide big pool towels, like the villa zrinchi. We bought pool towels in the mall because the regular shower towels where to small

We do not usually write reviews but happy to do after such a wonderful stay. Great host - very helpful and family who owned made us feel very welcome- ideal location for us as we wanted to see zadar/ split, the coast and parks but need a car which we had Wonderful house with very well maintained pool- accommodation on 2 levels each with own kitchen and bathrooms with upstairs ideal for our teenagers - many thanks again and hope to return to Croatia some time soon and would be happy to... Superb! We wanted a luxury villa for what might be our final family holiday before our three student-age children start leaving home. Villa Mara exceeded all our expectations - we were all delighted by the house and the fact that Linda (the owner) seemed to have thought of everything. It was immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable, with high quality fittings and furniture to make our stay effortless and relaxing. Das Haus ist ein Traum! Mateo und seine Eltern haben uns so herzlich mit einer Wurst-Käse-Platte und Schnaps begrüßt! Das Haus ist ganz neu und super eingerichtet! Es war eine traumhafte Zeit! Es ist dort noch viel schöner als es auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

We had a great time there with my family and also our dog. Pool and backyard are so nice and clean, house is comfortable and location is perfect. All recommendations to host!! They prepared local food and cakes for us on first day. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone!

Wir besuchten das Haus mit einer Gruppe von 10 Leuten. Es war mehr als ausreichend Platz für jeden da. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, wie der Rest des Hauses auch. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert und es gibt sogar eine Fußbodenheizung. Generell ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung extrem hochwertig verarbeitet, wie ich es in einem Ferienhaus noch nie erlebt habe. Ein sehr schönes Haus. Nette Besitzer und super zum entspannen!

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!
