Sehr schönes Haus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und alles in einem Top Zustand. Großer Pool und schöne Zimmer, alles vollklimatisiert. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Hauseigentümer, welche bei Problemen direkt zur Stelle waren. [Aufenthalt mit 10 Jugendlichen im Alter von 18-20]

Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, kürzlich in der atemberaubenden Villa zu verweilen und möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen teilen. Von Anfang an war es ein Traum, der wahr wurde. Die Villa selbst ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, das Eleganz und Luxus in perfekter Harmonie vereint. Der erste Blick auf die majestätische Fassade und die gepflegten Gärten ließ mein Herz höher schlagen. Jeder einzelne Raum war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und strahlte einen Hauch von Raffinesse aus. Die Kombination aus modernem Design und traditioneller Ästhetik schuf eine einzigartige Atmosphäre, die mich sofort faszinierte. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Empfang bis zur Verabschiedung fühlte ich mich stets wie ein geschätzter Gast. Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Team war darauf bedacht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und es gelang ihnen zweifellos. Der Höhepunkt meines Aufenthalts war zweifellos der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer, den ich von der Terrasse aus genoss. Es war ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung, an dem ich die Hektik des Alltags vergessen konnte. Die Privatsphäre und der Luxus, den die Villa bot, waren unübertroffen. Jeder Moment, den ich dort verbrachte, war magisch. Darüber hinaus bot die Umgebung der Villa eine Fülle von Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ob es sich um malerische Strände, charmante Dörfer oder exquisite Restaurants handelte, es gab immer etwas Neues zu entdecken. Die Lage der Villa war ideal, um die Schönheit der Umgebung zu erkunden. Insgesamt kann ich die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, die in Erinnerung bleibt. One of the best in croatia!!!!

Quiet, new house, nice pool, great view, perfect location

Tomislav and his wife are really very friendly hosts. We arrived as 4 couples with two cars, and were there before check-in. A previous check-in was not an issue and upon arrival he showed and explained to us the villa, and where to find something in the area. Also during our stay Tomislav was available when we had any questions. The villa itself was very clean and modernly furnished and the kitchen even had an ice cube machine. Also the pool and the associated view was exactly like the pictures. The pool has also been cleaned twice a week. We did a lot, and nothing was more than half / three quarters of an hour away. Be it the city of Zadar or kayak in Zrmanja - there was really something for each of us. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the villa and our host Tomislav!! Thank you for this great time!

Super Location, sehr moderne Villa mit einer top Ausstattung. Mehr als man braucht. Die Lage ist genial. Garantierter Meerblick. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergang egal ob an Pool oder Terrasse beim Abendessen. Einfach genial. Ein Auto ist ein muss, da die Villa abgelegen und ruhig liegt. Tomislav ist ein super Gastgeber und sehr bemüht. Poolservice kommt 2x/ Woche. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder

Hello, we stayed in the villa Suton from the 22nd to the 29th of october in 2022. The booking process was easy and the payment as well. The communication with the house owner was easy from the beginning. On the arrival day we got a room tour with everything we need to know. And also a small welcome gift (Wine and snacks) We got their phone number just for the case, that we would need something. The house is really new and so is the furniture. We loved sitting on the terrace and watch the sunset before we jumped into the heated pool (28° C). The kitchen was modern and had everything we need. Two big freezers so we could use one for drinks and one for food. The beds were amazingly cozy and we all had great sleeps to recover from worklife. There is a lot to do within a driving distance from 1 hour (hiking in Paklenica and Krk national Parks, swimming in the mediterranian sea, visit Zadar and Nin, rafting on Zrmenja river ...) The owner were so nice and friendly and really made us feel like home. If we ever go back to the region, we will for sure think about the time we spent there and book the house again. Regards
