Villa Roza is located in the small town of Lovinac, which is in the hinterland of the beautiful city of Zadar. Lovinac is located in an ideal location that provides peace and quiet and a rural idyll with a view of the Velebit mountain, and yet accessibility to all amenities because it is 9 km from the sea and 15 km from the center of Zadar.
Villa Roza is a fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated new facility that can host 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one room is equipped with two single beds. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms, allowing for additional privacy. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Villa Roza is perfect for a family with children because it offers a lot of facilities such as a children's playground, table football, darts, badminton, board games and, of course, a private heated pool. This pool's uniqueness is salt water that will allow even those with the most sensitive skin to swim. While the kids play, adults can maintain their line on the elliptical and weight bench. Of course, along with entertainment, the most important family moments are spent preparing delicious meals by the fireplace in the summer kitchen.

Danke für diesen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es war alles sehr hochwertig und farblich abgestimmt. Im Haus ist alles klimatisiert, was in diesem heißem Sommer dringend notwendig war! Die Außenanlage sind liebevoll angelegt und der Pool war ein Traum. Der Vermieter spricht perfekt deutsch und war jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Vielen lieben Dank dafür!!!! Und ein dickes Dankeschön für die Versorgung mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten!!!! Wir kommen super gerne wieder!

Kurt, June 21st, 2023Very comfortable villa located in a small village around 20km from Zadar. The owners meet us at the villa shortly after we landed at Zadar Airport, and communication with them was straight forward. They showed us around the villa and explained how everything worked. The villa was immaculately clean, very spacious, with plenty of everything you need, and comfortably sleeps 6. The pool (heated) is fabulous, and there is also a large BBQ area with outdoor seating too for your al-fresco meals. There is a small children's play area at the back of the house, plus an assortment of games to use in the garage. All in all, a beautiful villa to stay in, the only problem was that we were only there for one week!
