Each apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. The villa offers two balconies, the lower one of which has access to a terrace and a yard with a swimming pool. There is also a covered tavern with a barbecue where you can enjoy socializing and preparing traditional Mediterranean specialties.

The entire villa is surrounded by a high wall and offers complete privacy. Two private pools await you in the courtyard, surrounded by deckchairs and umbrella. There is also a private parking lot and a playground for children.
