Villa Julija

Villa Julija is settled in charming coastal town of Sukošan, only 7 km from Zadar. It is located in the spacious bay of Zlatna Luka and abounds with countless public beaches and hidden coves on a coast over 10 km long. It is adorned with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, and close to 5 National Parks and 2 Nature Parks. With a rich gastronomic offer of Mediterranean specialties that you can try in the taverns of Sukošan, this place is an ideal destination for those who want to spend an active vacation exploring the natural beauty on the bike paths or the beauty of our underwater.

 

Villa Julija is located near the beach and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The special feature of this house is that it consists of 2 separate apartments, so it is ideal for several families or groups of friends who come together on vacation and still want to have their privacy. Each apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. The villa offers two balconies, the lower one of which has access to a terrace and a yard with a swimming pool. There is also a covered tavern with a barbecue where you can enjoy socializing and preparing traditional Mediterranean specialties.

 

The entire villa is surrounded by a high wall and offers complete privacy. Two private pools await you in the courtyard, surrounded by deckchairs and umbrella. There is also a private parking lot and a playground for children.

  • Die Villa ist sehr sehr schön. Auch super geeignet für Jugendgruppen. Man hat seine Ruhe, die Nachbarn stören sich nicht an lauter Musik und man kann seinen Urlaub genießen. Bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit und bis zum nächsten Supermarkt auch nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. An sich ein super super schöner Urlaub und Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gern wieder.

  • Amazing Villa

    We stayed for a week at Villa Julija and had the best week. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful marina with nice restaurant choices on the way and 2 shops within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with our late arrival after delays at the airport. Would definitely reccomend!!

  • he Zadar Villas staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Our flight to Zadar was extremely delayed but we were still met at the villa for check in during the early hours and greeted with a smile. They also made check out smooth. The staff were also on hand during our stay and helped with taxis and other advice. We loved the area, Sukosan had a lot to offer within walking distance and we appreciated that the actual villa was in a quieter area. The villa had mostly everything we needed to enjoy our stay, however a couple of mirrors in the upstairs apartment bedrooms might’ve made life easier for 4 girls getting ready. Would really recommend this Villa for either families or groups of friends ☺️

• Till 30 days prior to villa check-in .................... free cancellation
• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
