Excellent communication before arrival. The owner appeared immediately after I called from outside the villa. We we were given an explanation of all appliances etc plus suggestions of places to visit and local amenities. I would caution only that the two new bedrooms are not yet ready. All in all an excellent experience

Für zwei Wochen waren wir (5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) in der Villa Eiche in Smilcic in der Nähe von Zadar zu Gast. Das Ferienhaus ist in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen. Man hat seine Ruhe fernab von vielen Touristen, ist aber auch innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Zadar. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Da Smilcic günstig gelegen ist, konnten wir fast alle unsere Ausflugsziele in ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Das gesamte Objekt ist sehr großzügig gelegen und neu saniert.... Grit E., July 28th, 2018

It's exactly like in the pictures. A beautiful house, very clean and for the kids what the best was the pool. We definitely enjoyed the time.

Very nice villa, great pool, very clean!

House was even nicer then photos. So modern and clean. Pool was really nice and out door area was perfect to hang out in during the day. House was 20/30 mins walk from city centre and only 5 mins from beach or a shop. Host was amazing. Left us snacks and checked in make sure we had everything we needed throughout the week.

We do not usually write reviews but happy to do after such a wonderful stay. Great host - very helpful and family who owned made us feel very welcome- ideal location for us as we wanted to see zadar/ split, the coast and parks but need a car which we had Wonderful house with very well maintained pool- accommodation on 2 levels each with own kitchen and bathrooms with upstairs ideal for our teenagers - many thanks again and hope to return to Croatia some time soon and would be happy to... We had a fantastic stay. Great property finished to a really high standard with everything you need. We enjoyed the spa room and the excellent pool and other facilities. Price was good too. Location was quiet but still close to Zadar and lots of nice beaches nearby.

Although we visited at the end of the season and the weather was not perfect we had a great family holiday. We were made most welcome by our host and he was available at all times if we had any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family (all young adults), especially the on suite bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We made use of the heated pool every day even though the air temperature left a bit to be desired. The view from the roof terrace is at all times of day magical. The Villa is... This house is beautiful and spacious and so luxurious. Our host was amazing from before day one. She made us a little bite to eat knowing we’d arrive late. She even then took us food shopping the next day and waited for us. The accommodation is a little distance from town but honestly between buses, Uber and bolt you wouldn’t notice. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Das Haus, der Pool, das Gym usw. waren super. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Durch ein schweres Gewitter am Abend hatten wir für ca. 1 1/2 Tage keinen Strom. Das Haus von Ivan und Sanja ist wunderschön. Tolle, moderne Einrichtung, schöner, gepflegter Garten und ein sensationeller Pool, an dem man auch die Abendstunden unter einem Walnussbaum sitzend den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit aber dennoch sehr diskret, um die Privatsphäre des Urlaubers nicht zu stören. Toll war’s!

Very nice house with two large, spacious apartments. There were extra towels for the pool area, and even charcoal for the barbecue was available. Pool was cleaned regularly and is a perfect size for several people. There are washing machines in both apartments. Nice terrace and comfortable beds. There are also turtles in the garden, much to the delight of the children. You can get to Zadar quickly. The landlord was always friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions.

Our group of ten had a great time at Villa Tereza in Prkos. Marija and her husband, are both very friendly people and great hosts, that welcomed us warmly upon our arrival. They were open to help us anytime with questions about the villa or the local area (e.g. where to shop groceries or where the nearest beach is). The villa itself is very well refurbished and clean. We had an amazing time during our stay! We were a large group, so it was nice to have individual rooms with our own bathrooms (very hotel-like) but have access to a common shared rooftop space.

Meine Freunde und ich sind in diesem Haus für eine Woche geblieben und die Zeit dort war traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und auch die Schlafcouch lässt sich zu einem richtigen Bett aufklappen. Besonders die vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten haben wir gerne genutzt (Billiard, Darts, Wii,...) In die Stadt ist es zwar ein Stück zu gehen, dafür ist ein nicht zu stark besuchter Kiesstrand nur c.a. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Bäder, Haus und Pool... Jakob W, October 4th, 2021

An amazing welcome with delicious ham, cheese, and wine. A nice gesture when arriving late in the evening. We enjoyed the house, pool and the other facilities very much. The house is located in a cozy and quiet village outside Zadar. We can recommend this place to other families.
