Villa Azeret is located in the quiet coastal settlement Maslenica. Maslenica belongs to the municipality of Jasenice and is located in a deep natural bay - the Novigrad Sea, not far from the mouth of the Zrmanja river. The symbols of this settlement are the century-old olive groves from which it got its name, which the locals still cultivate along the coast, and the Maslenica Bridge, which connects continental Croatia with Dalmatia. On the bridge, which was renovated in 2006, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the bare karst soil that descends towards the sea and the view of Velebit. Maslenica abounds in beautiful pebble or stone beaches where there are not too many crowds and restaurants that offer great gastronomic pleasure. This place is an ideal starting point for 4 National Parks and two nature parks, and there is a visit to the Zrmanja canyon where you can enjoy in rafting and natural beauties.

Villa Azeret has open space living room with dining room and a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet and can accommodate up to 6 people. One room offers a bunk bed and a double bed, while the other room has one double bed. The outdoor area will completely delight you because it offers two terraces, one behind the other. On the lower terrace there is a playground for children and an entrance to the game room that offers billiards, table football, Playstation and various board games. On the upper terrace of the villa there is a beautiful private pool surrounded by deckchairs with a view of the sea, which is only 180 m from the house. There is also an outdoor grill with a covered dining area and furniture for relaxing and drinking morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko morza, piękne widoki :) Pokoje czyste, basen sprzątany co drugi dzień. Bardzo mili i serdeczni właściciele. Pobyt był fantastyczny i napewno kiedyś tam wrócimy :)

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was absolutely perfect. Unbelievably clean with everything we could need including brilliant air con, games room and a superb private pool. The owners were so welcoming and communication was brilliant. Very close to a great beach and shops and a couple of bars and restaurants.. We went on a wonderful kayaking adventure on the Zrmanja river and an exciting visit to Modric cave. We also visited some lovely villages and local beaches.. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Die Familie waren super hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus würde neu gebaut und war sehr sauber. Es gab alles sogar Insektenvernichter, Tresor, Bügeleisen, ganz viele Geschirr und neue Küchengeräte wie Herdplatte, und Backofen. Es gab Betten für 6 Personen, mit tollen Matratzen, viele Schränke noch extra Kissen und Bettwäsche. Es gab ein großes Grillplatz und Esstisch im Garten. Super schönen privaten Pool mit 6 poolliegen und kleinen Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Rutsche.Tolles Spielraum mit Playstaion, Billard und Dartautomat. Es war zu Fuß wenige Minuten entfernt vom Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf mit super nette Menschen halbstunde entfernt vom Zadar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Perfect holiday place!!

Full service villa, spacious for family of 5 (2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 2 WC) Pleasant deck with nice hot pool. Super-friendly owners who live next door but do not disturb at all, always accessible via whatsapp for questions and suggestions. Welcome drinks were cold in the fridge! Near a supermarket where all basic food is present, up to 10min by car to large supermarket. Super quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the sea... Perfect holiday Place!
