The stay in this villa was absolutely exceptional! The place exceeded our expectations - the villa is beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. A huge advantage was the fabulous garden and private pool - the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were very nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place for a vacation ❤️

Villa Tereza is a beautiful property. It is very well equipped and immaculately presented. Our communication with both Zadar Villas and the hosts was perfect from start to finish. Both responded very quickly to queries and were very helpful.

We loved our stay. The villa was beautiful, great location - quiet but walkable to town and the beach, and the hosts went out of their way to be helpful. Manuela was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The villa is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We cooked a few nights using both the indoor and outdoor kitchen which were both fantastic. The pool and garden were very well maintained, with very comfortable sun beds. We were very sad to leave - would love to stay there again. Can really highly recommend.

Prachtige villa, zeer compleet uitgerust, mooi zwembad in een verzorgde tuin en jacuzzi op het dakterras. Kleine, maar fijne supermarkt in de straat.

Beautiful house, lovely hosts!

This villa was lovely - great pool and great outdoor space for sunbathing, eating, entertaining and cooking. Inside was fabulous - lots of space and lovely furniture. The owner Manuela was amazing and got the villa ready for us early as we had an early flight which was very kind of her to do so. With any queries we had, Manuela was very quick to respond. We were happy with our stay here.  We would highly recommend this villa.

The facilities were amazing. It was so clean and had everything that was needed.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing! The facilities are unbelievable and the pool/ hot tub are great. It is one of the very best places we have ever stayed and worth every penny. Just a short 15 min walk from the old town or a 5 euro taxi. Also the hosts are so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. 5****

Villa was amazing. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Pool area lovely and rooftop hot tub and seating area so nice too. The owners were great. Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home. They kept our luggage all day so we could spend the whole day out. Arranged a meeting point to collect the bags on way to airport in the evening. Can’t thank them enough. Villa located less than 5 minutes walking to supermarket. zadar Old town also in walking distance along with beaches.

New, beautifully furnished, up market accommodation with everything needed for a great holiday and more.

Pool and pool area was perfect. Outside kitchen was also a great addition which we used often.
