Hat alles super geklappt. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns das Haus gezeigt. Am meisten hat mir der große Balkon gefallen von dem man den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann.

Very beautiful house with nice pool and wonderful vegetation and wildlife. Large common areas. Located alone and in the countryside, a car is a must. Comfortable beds and fresh toilets. Nice host!

Already in advance we contacted the owners. That went easily and it was also always answered quickly. All contact persons were always friendly and helpful. The house has a very nice, large courtyard with pool, sunbeds, lounge furniture, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a ping pong table. Everything was neat and tidy. The rooms each had enough space. There is a TV in each bedroom, but you don't need it because of the things you can do in the area. The beds were very comfortable. In the house description it is not quite clear that there are 2 equipped kitchenettes, although we had used only one intensively. In rainy weather we could eat in a common room and in nice weather outside. The house is generally highly recommended, we have and felt very comfortable! Have nothing to complain about! In this sense, thank you again for everything!

Wir waren vom 15.08 - 29.08.2020, mit 7 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und die Villa und der Vermieter waren einfach Klasse! Gerne würden wir wieder irgendwann dort Urlaub machen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Villa. Anreise mit 13 Personen war kein Problem - Eigentümer waren sehr nett und herzlich! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und könnten uns gut vorstellen, noch ein mal zu kommen. Das Haus ist komplett umgeben von einer Mauer, das heißt sehr geschützt und man ist für sich alleine. Das Haus hat mehrere Eingänge zu den Zimmern. Selbst wenn es mal länger wird abends kann jeder ungestört ins Bett gehen. Der Grill ist wirklich sehr schön gemauert und wir haben ihn gerne genutzt. Als kleine Empfehlung: Mit Fön lassen sich die Kohlen leichter anzünden, da kein Luftzug verbaut ist. Die Nebenräume sind groß und es ist ordentlich Kühlraum vorhanden. Sollte mal was dreckig werden - kein Problem, eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Umgebung sind kaum bewohnte Häuser - so lange man es nicht übertreibt kann man also sorgenlos abends ein klein wenig feiern . ohne dabei jemanden zu stören. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Villa Grapes! Schöner Pool, 7 Schlafzimmer mit Bad, Tischtennisplatte! Perfekt für eine große Gruppe :)

We spent a relaxing holiday in this villa. We were 3 families. Our kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and the table tennis while we had time for relaxing and having dinners using the marvelous bbq. Thanks to Vanja, always kind and available.

Staying at Momo's place was lovely. Momo and Vanja were very welcoming hosts, accommodating our late flights and adding lovely personal touches like hand-pressed olive oil and homegrown potatoes which were delicious! Very enjoyable stay!

The house was perfect. it was a really quite area and perfect to relax. Thank you Momo (host of the house) for your hospitality. We will definitely come back (:

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities and fantastic support from the owners. We had a group of 11 adults and there was more than enough room and things to do within. It is in a fairly remote location so you aren't going to upset any neighbors but you will need to have a car as there's not a lot within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to others

The house is big and comfy. It has lots of equipments, a nice pool, a full bar and a garden in front of the house with fresh fruits and vegetables (the figs and tomatoes were great!). We were 3 families and we had a nice stay in this house. Just be aware that some rooms don't have A/C (initially 3 bedrooms out of 7 and the living rooms) but the owner had one more during our stay (so now only 2 bedrooms out of 7 don't have A/C).

Great location to enjoy a peaceful and stunning scenery. Withdrawn from the city but easily accessible, the villa is very charming. Light flows abundantly through it, which allowed us to enjoy delicious days here. Thanks!

The house is perfect for bigger groups, everyone still has enough privacy, also the view was beautiful, it was easy the communicate with the owners (they were also very nice!), it was a very good and fun trip for me and my friends :)

You showed a genuine interest in our well being and we really appreciated all the efforts that you made to make our journey to Croatia worth remembering! The house is big and it was well suited for housing 6 adults and 8 children. The garden is ideal for hanging out and the kids loved the pool.

This house is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. It's a little bit off the grid, so if you plan on going out at night, it needs some organizing, but you'll find everything you ned in Bencovaz, which is really close. The host is also very friendly, communication works smoothly and the house is beautiful. You have 7 rooms with their own bathrooms, a very nice swimming pool, a shady patio, great sundecks, two full kitchens, enough fridges to keep everything cool, a great bbq grill and a beautiful garden with vegetables, a cherry tree and an olive grove to play boccia or corquet in.
