Villa Sunset Grusi is located in Briševo near Zadar. Although the place is located only 10 km from Zadar, thus enabling the proximity of all important amenities, it is also far enough to provide you with an escape from the noise and bustle of the city where peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Villa Sunset Grusi is a newly built, fully air-conditioned and modernly decorated villa whose design and eye for detail will surely leave you breathless. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, which are spread over two floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a living room where the whole family can be comfortably accommodated. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, as well as a room with a large double bed and a private bathroom, equipped with air conditioning and television. Upstairs there is another bathroom and 3 rooms with large double beds, each of which has air conditioning and television, and one room has a private bathroom. In addition to the beautiful bedrooms, there is also a large terrace with a Jacuzzi on the first floor,and space for drinking morning coffee or perhaps evening cocktails. The terrace is connected by spiral stairs to the courtyard of the house, so the house has a circular flow. The yard of the house will certainly be the place where you will spend the most time because it contains a private swimming pool of 32 square meters as well as a summer kitchen which is covered together with the dining area.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was flawless. 15min car ride to Zadar. Perfect spot for a chill and lovely holiday.

Durch das gesamte Haus zog sich ein durchdachtes Ausstattungsdesign, welches sich in sämtlichen Zimmern und Wohnräumen widerspiegelte. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus und die Gastgeber wärmstens Weiterempfehlen. Besonders Erwähnenswert: Pool und Whirlpool auf zwei Etagen, ausreichend Platz auch für größere Gruppen, der integrierte Grill als Kochmöglichkeit im Außenbereich welcher jeden Morgen zusammen mit dem Pool gereinigt wurde und die ruhige Umgebung. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Raphael Apostoli, September 9th, 2023Die Villa hat alles zu bieten, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Super sauber, einen tollen Pool/Whirlpool zum entspannen und eine ruhige Lage. Die Villa liegt am Rand der Felder. Nachbarn haben angehalten und uns Obst geschenkt. Die Vermieter waren immer Hilfsbereit. Tomaten, Öl und Feigen wurden uns aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht. Jederzeit wieder gerne, vielen Dank. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
Daniela Heinz, August 24th, 2023Eine super Villa, wir haben jetzt entschieden jedes Jahr dieselbe Anlage zu benutzen. Der Inhaber ist super freundlich und ist immer da wenn man was braucht oder Fragen hat. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und in ca. 10 min mitten in der Stadt, Strand und Einkaufszentrum. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und kommen jedes Jahr wieder gerne wieder! Ich kann diese Villa einfach jeden empfehlen.
