This spectacular villa, which is located only 50 meters from the sea, is placed in the beautiful Dalmatian  town of Novigrad. This picturesque town located in a bay on the southern coast of the Novigrad Sea is an ideal destination for all those who want a peaceful and quiet rest for body and soul. Novigrad is also a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding natural beauty and cultural sights. For all lovers of active vacations, a very attractive canoeing down the nearby Zrmanja river is offered, followed by bungee jumping on the Maslenica Bridge or climbing and hiking in the Paklenica National Park. For all those who love good times and night outs, we recommend a visit to the historic city of Zadar.

 

Villa Ponti is everything you could wish for and more. With its modern appearance and infinity pool, it attracts the eyes of everyone who passes by it. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets and can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining room with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. In the yard, you will find a barbecue with a dining set and a heated swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing. Swimming in the pool is a special pleasure. Prepare to be amazed as the pool merges with the endless scenery of the sea and the landscape. The entire house faces the sea, so whichever room you are in, you will wake up with a stunning view of the blue sea and sky. The villa also offers a sauna, a jacuzzi, board games and table tennis for leisure.

  • Moc pěkná vila s krásným výhledem na moře a hory. Bazén má skvělou hloubku a je 8m dlouhý, sauna a vířivka byly super. Pohodlné postele a několik koupelen. Majitelka byla moc milá, dostali jsme víno, místní pršut a sýr.

    We had a great vacation in Novigrad. We were 7 people and the first guests in the newly built Villa Ponti. Everything was as described. The Villa is modern, stylish and very well equiped with all you need. The view was amazing. Marija is an amazing Host and made sure we realy dont miss anything and enjoy our Stay. Novigrad is a small town and an ideal Spot for people that Look for a relaxed holiday without overloaded beaches. The small nice AdriaSol beach is just 4 min down a small footpath. There is also a small bar. If you look for nightlife this is not the right place. There is a small Shop and a bakery, so you have all you need. 10km away there is a big Plodine supermarket. In Mika’s Konoba or in the close Apartment Hotel Restaurant you can have good food. If you want to have a bit a „better“ extraordinaire diner, you may need to drive a bit… but Marija has great tips for you… just ask her.

• Till 30 days prior to villa check-in .................... free cancellation
• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
