Villa Milemare

This beautiful family villa is located in the town of Pristeg, a settlement in the municipality of Benkovac, which is only 15 km away from the Vrana Lake Nature Park.

 

Villa Milemare is ideal for families and groups of friends and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, while the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room are on the ground floor. What will delight you the most is the outdoor space, which certainly has no shortage of content. The central point is the private pool, which is surrounded by deckchairs, and there is also a covered lounge area for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, as well as a covered dining set and a grill for preparing traditional Mediterranean specialties. The villa also offers a long balcony with a beautiful view of the vast greenery and table football. There is no shortage of fun for the whole family in Villa Milemare. In addition to table football, there is also table tennis and board games, and in the garden there is also a playground for children and a large green area where children and parents can enjoy having fun.

  • Ein tolles riesiges Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten: für jeden ein großes (klimatisiertes), bestens ausgestattetes Schlafzimmer, alles vorhanden in Küche und Bad, ein traumhafter riesiger Pool, jede Menge Pool-Spielsachen, Tischtennis, schöne Außenanlage mit vielen Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten und ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner/Vermieter. • Till 30 days prior to villa check-in .................... free cancellation
• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
