We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves :) ). When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with juices, wine, and even cheese and meats—such a great surprise (and very convenient since we arrived at 11 p.m.). Antonija was very responsive via WhatsApp. She helped us find activities and even brought us pastries and candles when we had a power outage due to the storm. It was truly VIP service! The location is perfect for exploring the Zadar region, including Plitvice Lakes, which was the highlight of our week. We highly recommend this place! ;)

Thank you for a very nice stay. This villa has everything you need for the best vacation - especially with kids. Hosts are extremely good at making you feeling welcome. They had filled up the fridge and kitchen with bread, tapas, ice cream, loads of drinks, candy, chips and much more. Just because they thought it was nice for us not to have to go to the super market the first day. Also, when we left they had bought us a present. We would recommend this place for everyone.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Wir durften etwas früher in die Villa, damit wir nicht irgendwo in einem Restaurant warten mussten, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir kamen auch an einem Nationalfeiertag an, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Die Villenbesitzer waren so freundlich, den gesamten Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln zu füllen. Sie hatten auch extra Sandwiches für uns vorbereitet, das war fantastisch! Wir waren 4 Paare von ca. 30 Personen und die Villa war perfekt für uns. Die Zimmer waren alle 4 schön mit eigener Dusche. Der Pool und der Fußballplatz waren auch super. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Viele Grüße, Nick und Freunde.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

The villa is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Zadar and the same to the small town of Nin (Uber also readily available if you’re without a hire car). The location itself is very quiet, but, there are plenty of small supermarkets close by for provisions, and it feels safe at all times. The hosts were excellent. Two ladies greeted us and gave us lots of information prior to arrival, they were just genuinely nice people, happy to help! There were all the usual things you’d like to see in a villa as well as fresh meat and cheese for our arrival. Villa Kate was very clean, plenty big enough for 4 couples, decent size pool and a great outdoor turf area for padel or tennis etc. We would absolutely stay again, and would recommend to anyone. To my mind, Croatia (and Zadar in particular) is still a bit of a hidden gem when compared to the usual Spanish and Portuguese locations. Good value, nice people and some amazing scenery.
