Three rooms on the first floor have extra large double beds measuring 200X210 cm. What will delight you the most, apart from the spacious yard with a heated pool and deckchairs, is the roof terrace, which can be used as a sunbathing area, but also for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, and offers a wonderful view of the rural surroundings. This beautiful villa also offers a sports court where you can enjoy the charms of mini tennis, mini football (27x15m court), basketball, volleyball and badminton.

The house is also located 5 km away from the nearest beach. In the surrounding area there is a playground, horseback riding and boat rental services.
