Wonderful hosts, fantastic house, beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable. The house offers everything you need for a successful holiday – especially for larger groups and families. The rooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated, and you feel right at home. All rooms are air-conditioned, which is very pleasant in the heat. The great outdoor sports and play area was a huge hit with everyone, from toddler to adults. We were never bored. The pool is a good size and suitable for both quiet, relaxing moments and more active pursuits. The kitchen was fully equipped, and our eldest son, a trained chef, conjured up delicious meals for us on the outdoor grill. You can walk to a small shop or drive to the larger stores, and restaurants which are not too far away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to help and advise us. We were very pleasantly surprised and thank them sincerely for their hospitality and for the wonderful time at Villa Kate. Highly recommended.

10/10. the Villa is amazing. You‘ve got everything you need and even more. The facilities are big and clean. The hosts are very Kind and helpful. They even filled the fridge with a food platter an drinks. The communication is really easy and the even left us dog snacks for our therapy after they allowed us to bring him. The sports ground is nice and you find all the equipment you need for Football, Basketball (one basket) and even for Padel next to the house. I‘ve been in Villa Kate twice and I would recommend it any time.

We spent our summer vacation with six people at Villa Kate. From the first contact through the duration of the entire vacation to the checkout, everything worked perfectly. Very friendly, professional and obliging. In particular, the hosts of Villa Kate, represented by Antonija, were very accommodating and hospitable. The house itself is also in great condition and has all the amenities you need for a few carefree days in Croatia. Especially for the three children (7-16 years) the conditions were great with the extensive games and sports program. And everything is in top condition. We can more than recommend Villa Kate, especially for small families with children.

What a fantastic villa. From the lovely opening welcome the villa was even nicer and cleaner than we had imagined from the photos. Fantastic setting. Ein Traumurlaub in der Villa Kate! Wir durften 9 wundervolle Nächte in der Villa Kate verbringen – inklusive spontaner Verlängerung dank Leerstand. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine großzügige Platte mit Käse, Schinken, Croissants, Brot & Brötchen sowie gekühltes Wasser, Bier und Wein – einfach toll! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet: Rituals-Pflegeprodukte, Gewürze, Spiele, Batterien, Brillenputztücher – an alles ist gedacht. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist traumhaft und ideal für Familien. Und zum Abschied gab es sogar liebevolle Geschenke. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – 100% Empfehlung!

We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves :) ). When we arrived, the fridge was already stocked with juices, wine, and even cheese and meats—such a great surprise (and very convenient since we arrived at 11 p.m.). Antonija was very responsive via WhatsApp. She helped us find activities and even brought us pastries and candles when we had a power outage due to the storm. It was truly VIP service! The location is perfect for exploring the Zadar region, including Plitvice Lakes, which was the highlight of our week. We highly recommend this place! ;)

Thank you for a very nice stay. This villa has everything you need for the best vacation - especially with kids. Hosts are extremely good at making you feeling welcome. They had filled up the fridge and kitchen with bread, tapas, ice cream, loads of drinks, candy, chips and much more. Just because they thought it was nice for us not to have to go to the super market the first day. Also, when we left they had bought us a present. We would recommend this place for everyone.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub. Wir durften etwas früher in die Villa, damit wir nicht irgendwo in einem Restaurant warten mussten, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten. Wir kamen auch an einem Nationalfeiertag an, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Die Villenbesitzer waren so freundlich, den gesamten Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln zu füllen. Sie hatten auch extra Sandwiches für uns vorbereitet, das war fantastisch! Wir waren 4 Paare von ca. 30 Personen und die Villa war perfekt für uns. Die Zimmer waren alle 4 schön mit eigener Dusche. Der Pool und der Fußballplatz waren auch super. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Viele Grüße, Nick und Freunde.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

The villa is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Zadar and the same to the small town of Nin (Uber also readily available if you’re without a hire car). The location itself is very quiet, but, there are plenty of small supermarkets close by for provisions, and it feels safe at all times. The hosts were excellent. Two ladies greeted us and gave us lots of information prior to arrival, they were just genuinely nice people, happy to help! There were all the usual things you’d like to see in a villa as well as fresh meat and cheese for our arrival. Villa Kate was very clean, plenty big enough for 4 couples, decent size pool and a great outdoor turf area for padel or tennis etc. We would absolutely stay again, and would recommend to anyone. To my mind, Croatia (and Zadar in particular) is still a bit of a hidden gem when compared to the usual Spanish and Portuguese locations. Good value, nice people and some amazing scenery.
