Villa Lorena Dalmacija is a newly built villa with a touch of luxury, located in the historic town of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town, just 15 km from Zadar. Situated on a peninsula in the middle of a beautiful lagoon, Nin is an excellent destination for families, offering sandy beaches, fun activities and numerous historical and tourist attractions. The villa is conveniently close to beaches, the town centre and traditional taverns, while still providing plenty of privacy.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxed days spent together. The single-storey villa is surrounded by a fully fenced yard, spacious lawn and terrace with a heated swimming pool, which also features a dedicated children’s area. The covered terrace includes an outdoor dining area next to a traditional brick fireplace, creating a wonderful setting for enjoying Dalmatian specialities and a glass of wine while overlooking the pool.

Inside, Villa Lorena Dalmacija features a modern open-plan design. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining island includes all essential appliances, including an ice maker. The dining area flows seamlessly into the comfortable living room, which offers a pleasant view of the pool. The private sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, one of which features a hydromassage bathtub. There is also a separate guest toilet.

For guests who want to explore the Adriatic by boat, the host also offers open speedboats with private moorings and full equipment. The boats measure 6 × 2.5 metres, accommodate 8 people and are equipped with outboard engines ranging from 100 to 150 HP. They can be used with or without a skipper, for an additional charge and upon request. The boats are located in Nin, approximately 1.3 km from Villa Lorena Dalmacija.
