This newly built villa Oleander is located near the small village Petrčane, situated between two important Dalmatian historic cities - Zadar and Nin. Villa is located next to the sea, which offers You beautiful sea view. Petrčane is a beautiful village which offers peaceful and relaxing environment, ideal for all visitors who want to escape from busy everyday life. Given that this place is located in a bay, it is surrounded by a beautiful crystal sea and a large number of sandy and pebble beaches located next to pine forests that provide natural shelter from the sun. The specialty of this area is proximity of national parks, such as Kornati National Park, Plitvice National Park and Krka National Park.
In front od the villa there is a swimming pool with sun beds and sun umbrellas where You can enjoy drinking cocktails during hot summer days.
On the ground floor You will find modernly decorated living room and a dining room with fully equipped kitchen. The large glass panels in the living room allow you to enjoy the sunlight even from inside of the villa. In this part there is also one separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are three comfortable bedrooms. One master bedroom has it’s own en suite bathroom and loggia. On the first floor there is also one separate bathroom. With 3 double beds, Villa Oleander can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
