A stunning villa! We loved it. It had everything we needed for great stay. Katarina was a fantastic host, communication was quick and easy and she made us feel super welcome on arrival. She even let us know when the villa was ready so we could check in earlier than planned which was very much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa to anyone considering the Zadar area for a holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this house with a group of six friends. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and met all our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was great, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Croatia and would love to come back again!

Das Haus ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Nicht weit von den Stränden und vom Ortskern. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wenn etwas fehlt oder kaputt gegangen ist, wurde dies sofort ausgetauscht. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es einige in der näheren Umgebung. Ein Highlight ist der große Yachthafen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei. Für den Ort ideal aber leider gibt es keine bzw. nur wenige Radwege entlang der Hauptstraßen.

Great vacation in Villa Intrada! The house is modern, clean and fully equipped. The host is extremely kind and always available for anything you need. The location is quiet and very good, close to all amenities. I recommend it to everyone who wants a quality and relaxing vacation!

Eine wunderschöne Villa, die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Eigentümer sind super liebe Menschen und geben jedem das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Man will wirklich nur hoffen, dass die Gäste alles dafür tun, die Villa auch so gut zu erhalten wie Sie derzeit aussieht. wir kommen garantiert wieder und sind so dankbar Gäste gewesen zu sein.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Vila sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr schöne ruhige Lage 5min Fußweg zum Meer . Würde ich jedem Empfehlen.

We had an unforgettable stay! This house is magnificent and full of thoughtful details. You can immediately tell how much passion and care has been put into it. The highlight was definitely the heated pool, which offered us pure relaxation. We also noticed some construction sites nearby, but we understand these projects will be completed this year, and they did not significantly bother us during our stay. What truly made this holiday perfect was the host Katarina. Her incredibly kind hospitality is unbeatable, and we felt welcome from the very first minute. A true Superhost! We leave with the best memories and will highly recommend this wonderful property without reservation. Thank you for everything!

Katarina and Vladimir were such great hosts! The villa was amazing in all aspects, and everything was spotless clean and the heated pool was crystal clear, just right size and depth. All the furniture, beds, decorations etc. were very comfortable and wifi was very fast.  There was floor heating in all areas and a/c in all bedrooms and living room. The outside pool and bbq area were also perfect for our family of four as was the smaller cafe and restaurant offerings within walking distance in Sukosan and by car/taxi in Zadar. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in the area! Easily one or maybe the best Airbnb rentals that we have had over the dozens of experiences we have had around Europe!

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es war einfach ein Traum. Die Vermieterin Katarina war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Der Strand ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Restaurants sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Auto braucht man nur zum Einkaufen. Die Bäckereien sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war die Erreichbarkeit des Hauses immer wieder aufs Neue ein Abenteuer. Aktuell wird die Straße in dieser Gegend gemacht. Der Vermieter kann dafür ja nichts. Es gilt für zukünftige Gäste Aktuell nur zu beachten, dass man auch manchmal entgegen der Einbahnstraße fahren muss um anzukommen. Aber das nur nebenbei. Wir würden das Haus 10000% weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder.

I would love to go back to this Villa. It was gorgeous. And pool was perfect. The host kindly left some home made wine and olive oil, tea & coffee etc which was very welcome. It was a short drive from the airport, 15mins, but no sign of aircraft at Villa. 5 mins walk to sea, and amenities. Katarina was so friendly and helpfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and have! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful villa.

This villa was exceptional. Spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The hosts were superb and extremely responsive and friendly. One of the nicest places we have stayed and we would highly recommend.

Wir hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt gelegen. Die Gastgeber war super freundlich, gut erreichbar und hatte an alles gedacht. Besonders gefallen hat uns Kaffee, Pool, und Handtücher. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Aufenthalt nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Absolutely beautiful, clean and modern villa situated in a lovely location about 10 minutes walk from the sea and 10 mins walk into the nearby town. The villa had everything we needed, and we were all blown away when we first saw it. The hosts were very kind, accommodating and gave great advice about things to do in the area. Thanks again for having us, we would definitely stay here again ! :)

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa was stunning, had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Pool is a good size and with the covered eating area it made for a relaxing stay. Kate was a wonderful host - nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. Waterfront, supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance.
