Dom bardzo duży , na piętrze 4 sypialnie z łazienkami i tarasem, na dole pokój , łazienka , pralnia , przestronny salon , jadalnia i wyposażona kuchnia . Basen świetny , na zewnątrz też dużo miejsca do odpoczynku . Polecam !

In der Umgebung war alles schnell erreichbar: Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand. Auch die größere Stadt Zadar ist mit nur ca. 18 km Entfernung gut erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, wurde sofort geholfen. Ich kann dieses luxuriöse Haus nur weiterempfehlen!”

Villa was as described; new, clean and well located. Water in the pool was a bit cold, but perfectly refreshing. Communication with Tomislav was smooth and he also arranged transfers from and to the airport for us. We had great times and can recommend the place for others!

The house fully met our expectations; it is very beautiful and designed, equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to enjoy it to the fullest. The heated pool is wonderful, with biweekly cleaning. The area is a bit too noisy; the main road is very busy even at night, which forces you to keep the doors and windows closed. The center of Nin is within walking distance, while a bicycle is recommended for reaching the sandy beaches. The only downside is the garden with tall grass, which gave an impression of neglect in a showcase home.

The villa is great, everything is new and clean, very stylish, very nice owners, there is a pool that is cleaned several times a week, you can grill a barbecue, there is a parking space
