Smještaj je bio savršen. Posjed i kuća bili su puno veći nego što smo očekivali!
Kuhinja je iznimno dobro opremljena, u hladnjaku je bila mala ukusna poslastica kao znak dobrodošlice, a do mora se može doći pješice za minutu.
U cijelom smještaju postoje klima-uređaji i pametni televizori. U pomoćnoj zgradi nalazi se odličan roštilj i još jedna mala kuhinja s izvrsnom opremom, kao i još jedna mala kupaonica.
Domaćin je bio iznimno ljubazan i uvijek iznimno uslužan te dostupan u svakom trenutku. Doista 10/10.

Die Villa war wirklich wunderschön. Auch der Garten mit dem Pool und der separate Raum um zu grillen waren absolut super. Die Villa war sehr sauber, komfortabel und die Begrüßung sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist top, nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt und das Meer in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch das mega coole Einkaufszentrum und die Stadt Zadar sind mit dem Auto gleich erreichbar. Wir werden diese Villa auf jedenfalls wieder buchen.

Es war einer der schönsten Urlaube die wir je als Familie hatten. Als wir ankamen dieses riesige Grundstück dann kamen wir zum Pool und dann die Villa es war unbeschreiblich. Jeder der wirklich Ulaub sucht sollte hier buchen. Der Gastgeber ist total nett und auch ein Dankeschön an das Zadar Villa Team

Excellent house with everything you need. Each room (2 bedrooms, living room, and an open-space "room" upstairs) has AC and a smart TV. The pool is pretty big and has a soft cover on the stairs and bottom, so if you hit your leg, it won't hurt much :) The shaded area with chairs near the pool is awesome! We didn't use the tavern much since we were too lazy to do BBQ, but it's basically a standalone house with its own WC, a little kitchen, AC, and yet another smart TV :) When we arrived, a nice welcome gift was waiting for us — snacks, fruits, cold drinks, and coffee cups. It was a really nice touch! The host was always available via WhatsApp. The beach is literally a 1-minute walk from the villa, so after the first day we stopped bringing our beach chairs, towels, SUP, etc. We'd just walk down for a swim or SUP session, then head back for cold drinks and more chilling by the pool or under the umbrellas (repeat several times a day :) The beach wasn't crowded at all, with several good entry points into the sea — one spot is shallow enough (2-3 meters) for small kids to play safely. To catch a proper sunset, you'll want to walk north along the beach for about 10-15 minutes.

Dear ZADAR VILLAS Team, thank You so much for beautiful stay! Our host Mr. Stipe has been carefull and helpfull with all our requests and gave us a great assistance. Villa is a beautiful place with a huge garden and a comfortable swimming pool with jacuzzi, the house is clean, equipped with every comfort and close to supermarket and town. Before our arrival we have received an email with all info about the house and the close area (with market, restaurants...). So we have an unforgettable stay! Toller Aufenthalt in der Villa. Topmodern und hochwertig eingerichtet, mehr Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden als erwartet. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das zusätzliche Grillgebäude mit Sitzplätzen, Toilette und Küchenzeile ist eine tolle Attraktion, wird im Hochsommer wohl wenig benutzt werden aber trotzdem sehr chic. Pool und Lounge sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, ausreichend Liegestühle um den Pool herum vorhanden. Was noch schön wäre für die Sommermonate, wäre ein Tisch und Stühle auf der riesengroßen Terrasse zum frühstücken. Gelände sehr groß und gepflegt mit Rasen und Spielplatz mit Federballnetz, Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin, selten so angetroffen in der Auswahl. Separater Geräteschuppen mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und Staubsauger sowie Reinigungsmittel und Waschmittel ... einfach top. Aufenthalt war einfach schön und ist jederzeit zu empfehlen.

The accommodation is truly a dream. Leaves nothing to be desired. Landlord always reachable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. We'd love to come back again 

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr netter Vermieter. Alles sehr neu und sehr sauber. Perfekt auch mit Hund, da das ganze Gelände eingezäunt ist. Wir haben uns sehr über die Verpflegung bei unserer Ankunft gefreut.
Perfekter Aufenthalt und absolut empfehlenswert.

The host was extremely kind and thoughtful about every detail. The apartment is incredibly well‑equipped with all appliances and everything else you might need — it truly feels just like being at home. Everything was very clean, the surroundings were well maintained, and everything looked exactly as in the photos. Key pickup is organized through a secure lockbox, so you can arrive at any time. The property is fully fenced, and most importantly, they also welcome pets, so we were able to bring our dog with us.

Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový . Na všetky naše otazky reagoval rýchlo. Celá komunikácia s ním bol jeden veľký zážitok !!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Dide Moga und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great time there with my family and also our dog. Pool and backyard are so nice and clean, house is comfortable and location is perfect. All recommendations to host!! They prepared local food and cakes for us on first day. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone!
