Located in the peaceful village of Privlaka, just 500 metres from the crystal-clear sea, Villa Merci offers an inviting setting for a luxurious holiday with family or friends. Its contemporary design, privacy and excellent leisure facilities make it a wonderful choice for a relaxing stay on the Zadar Riviera.

At the heart of the outdoor area is a heated private swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a swim even when the weather is less than ideal. Sun loungers surround the pool, while a covered outdoor area with a large dining table and barbecue provides the perfect setting for family meals, outdoor cooking and relaxed summer evenings. A public children’s playground is located directly in front of the villa, making it especially convenient for families with young children.

The interior impresses with its spacious layout and modern style. Guests can enjoy a living room, a kitchen with a dining area and 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a separate toilet. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with a comfortable sofa bed providing additional sleeping space.

For indoor entertainment, there is a dedicated recreation room equipped with a game console, table football and darts. The balcony offers a lovely view and is an ideal spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset.

Combining contemporary comfort, a heated pool and plenty of opportunities for entertainment, Villa Merci is an excellent choice for a memorable holiday with family or friends.
