Villa Cvita is one half of a semi-detached property. Together with the identical neighbouring villa, it can accommodate up to 12 guests, making the two properties ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a relaxation corner and a barbecue—everything needed for sunny days by the pool and pleasant evenings outdoors.

The villa accommodates up to 6 guests and features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds, making it a practical option for children or friends. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, while the master bedroom also features air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom.
