The Villa was very clean and had everything for our stay. Leri our host was great at replying to my messages when we had questions. I would recommend as only €6-8 for our Uber to get us to the old town when we wanted to go out for dinner. The supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk away for stocking up on all amenities throughout our stay. We hope to return next year.

A really beautiful villa in an ideal location. Very clean and well kept. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the trip. Would definitely recommend!

Check in and communication were super easy, Leti is always there for you. The whole house was super clean and it’s not far to the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would always recommend this place.

Me and my friends had a great time in the house. It has everything you may need. Our host was a really nice lady which even bring us some goodbye presents at checkout which was really thoughtful of her. I would highly recommend this place and host!

Wir waren über Ostern mit 4 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist mit Pkw sehr gut und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. The house is super clean and spacious, with a nice pool and warm whirlpool. There is plenty of space in the garden and around the house to play games, read books, lay In the sun, etc, even for 7 people. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes by foot while Zadar city is around 45 minutes away. However, Uber drives you there for small money.

Very Nice House. Nicely Located and great host!

Die Villa ist top. Sie liegt aber bisschen außerhalb von der Altstadt von Zadar. Wir sind täglich in die Stadt gelaufen, hierfür muss man ca. 45 Minuten Fußweg einplanen. Abends kann man dann den Tag entspannt im Whirlpool oder Pool ausklingen lassen. Wir hatten auch paar Mal den Grill genutzt, der sehr gepflegt ist. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin Klasse, sie hat sich direkt gekümmert, wenn etwas war und wir sie brauchten.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Zadar. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

The villa was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 people. The host was lovely let us drop are bags off before check in time and was really helpful. Villa was very clean. We all had a great stay! Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house, well maintained and clean, hosts are extremely nice and helpful. Very close to the mall but further from the beach and down-town so car is must have if you want to get around. House has big backyard and very beautiful warm swimming pool and the jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it.

Very nice Villa in Zadar. Whirlpool and pool was perfect, next to the big garden. The Villa is spacious and was perfect for us. To Zadar Center you have to walk about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine for us as well. Supermarkets are just around the corner. Really enjoyed staying here.

Everything you’d ever want in a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, every convenience of home in the kitchen, close to everything, pool, and cherry trees! Kiddos loved the swings and picking cherries for break every morning. There are a lot of stairs in the house but we spent almost all of our time outside that it was never an issue for our kiddos. Die zwei Wochen im August in diesem tolle Haus (alles wie beschrieben) sind leider wie im Flug vergangen. Tolle Ausstattung mit zentraler Lage für alle Aktivitäten (Einkaufen, Altstadt, Hafen, ...). Supernette Gastgeber mit der Familie Sousa, die mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite standen. Alles wie gewünscht und absolut empfehlenswert!

The villa is lovely and suited 7 people well. One of the rooms is an annex which could have been clearer since there is just one bathroom to three other rooms. Tomislav was very helpful when our flight times didn’t line up well with check in/out

For 8 people, this is just perfectly spaced, very nice and clean and we were very well taken care of. The pool and spa provide a very welcome break from the unconditional heat of Croatian summer. The only real issue we had was that the middle room was not air-conditioned, but again, this is only needed if you need the last room, otherwise, this is a non-issue. All in all a great experience, and I would recommend!

Our group had a fantastic stay at this very lovely and beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi and were pleasantly surprised by the large fruit tree garden that we could enjoy. There was enough space for all of us to relax and great amenities provided. We found Meri to be a very kind and pleasant woman who was happy to help and popped by a few times during our stay to help with things and to give us extra towels. Only suggestion for improvement would be air con in the ground floor bedroom as it was a bit warm at night time (others were lovely and cool). Otherwise a perfect stay!!

Superbe maison avec tout l'équipement souhaité à l'intérieur. Situé à 5min de marche de trois supermarché. 30min du centre ville Et 20 des plages. Super séjour!

Sehr schöne Villa, die zwar eher in stadtmitte wie am Meer ist aber dafür doch sehr ruhige ungebung hat, Einkaufsläden sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bei Problemen sind die Verwalter immer hilfsbereit. Allein die Küche ist etwas mager ausgestattet, aber ausreichend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren 7 Personen und verbrachten 6 Nächte in der Villa und es war wirklich toll. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der Eigentümer hat sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend gross – Klimageräte gibt es im Schlafzimmer im obersten Geschoss und im Wohnzimmer. Wenn wir etwas benötigten, war der Eigentümer innert halber Stunde zur Stelle. Bei der Übergabe der Villa am Schluss verlief alles reibungslos und pünktlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hätten unseren Urlaub am liebten verlängert.

Hier und da, gab es minimale Mängel, die leicht zu beheben wären. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr gastfreundlich und unsere 21 Tage, wie im Fluge vorbei. Luxus ist natürlich der Pool und die überdachte Terrasse, welche vor Sonne oder im seltenen Fall, auch mal vor Regen schützt.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist geräumig und für eine größere Familie ideal. Einige Dinge in der Küche und zum Reinigen fehlen, aber das ist nicht weiter tragisch. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und wohnen in der Nähe. Sie kommen bei Problemen vorbei und sind hilfsbereit.
