Unser Gastgeber (Djordje) war super nett, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Das Haus war perfekt sauber, ich meine wirklich perfekt! Wir waren mit 2 Familien - insgesamt 9 Personen und 3 kleinen Hunden im Haus. Der Platz ist so großzügig, dass es einfach genial war, die Hunde konnten den ganzen Tag ums herum sein. The villa is great. A mit of Space and Highlight is the entertainment floor and wellness area. You can easily spend a day there during cloudy days. BBQ area is also spacious and nice.

One less attractive thing is the location. The town itself has nothing to mention and it’s really in the countryside, so 30-40 mins driving to the nearest sea. An amazingly relaxing location - guaranteed peace and quiet but still close enough to key attractions and activities. Our host was really accommodating, giving us some great recommendations during our stay and ensuring we enjoyed our break. Would 100% recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

SUper Ferienhaus! Sehr Sauber, Hervorragend ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr freundlich und reagieren auf Wünsche.

Hat alles vom Anfang bis zum Ende gepasst. Villa war genau wie beschrieben und Martina war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns toll betreut. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub .

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Servizi e confort della villa, dotata di ogni attrezzatura x cucinare e x tante persone nelle 3 cucine grandi anche esterne, con forno a legna e barbecue esterni, adatta nel nostro caso a famiglie di amici con diversi spazi e piscina, ad uso comune e camere e servizi separati. Situazione di relax immersi nella campagna sperduta a 15-20 minuti da Zara e comunque vicina anche all autostrada per visitare altre localita. The villa delivered everything it promised. Very modern, well-kept and clean house. The owners are very nice and even welcome you with drinks and small snacks. The outdoor area is great with a great pool, a charcoal grill and even a music box (Bluetooth). We would have loved to stay much longer.

Perfect villa, the hosts were fantastic, thye met us at the port and drove us to the villa. We were welcomed with lovely drinks and lots of extras in the villa. The hosts were always friendly and always on hand if we needed them, they even gave us a lift to the port for our early morning ferry. The villa is very clean and has everything you could need for a perfect stay in Sali.

This Villa is amazing, it has all the facilities that you need. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. The Terrance with great at night too. We used the BBQ and Roman the host was kind enough to get us some coal as we didn’t have a car We went as a group of 7 and there was more than enough room. The decor is lovely and very modern. Location wise, you can’t really walk anywhere so it is a 15 minute drive into Zadar town but we had no problem getting taxis and they are cheap.... Alisha M., UK, June 6th, 2022

Voor wie rust en ruimte zoekt - weg van de drukke kustplaatsen - is dit een heel fijn vakantiehuis. De uitrusting van de woning is compleet, de tuin zeer goed verzorgd en het zwembad bijzonder aangenaam. Maar bovenal is de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar fantastisch. We werden ontvangen met kaas en vleeswaren, en gedurende ons verblijf regelmatig voorzien van vers fruit en eieren. Lovely place would definitely stay again. Better if you have access to a car as the location is quite far from places outside of Benkovac

The Villa is very big — there is a lot of space (even for 8 people). The owner was very friendly and uncomplicated, so we felt very well. The only thing we could mention is that the water pressure at the showers was a little bit weak. But we really enjoyed our trip and would definitely book Villa Sky again!

Beautiful villa. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Kids loved all the additional stuff in the basement, pool, table tennis etc. Great location for Zadar and Nin.
