De villa was mooi en verzorgd. Alles aanwezig. Het zwembad was heerlijk, precies zoals de foto's. Hele gastvrije en lieve verhuurders.

The check-in was easy and easy, the landlords were always available, also partly in German, the house leaves nothing to be desired, very clean, really great facilities (from towels, bed linen, to complete dishes, pots, pans), the pool was fantastic, the separate grill hut a dream. From the terrace you can see the sea. We were 6 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beaches are reachable in a short time. For a holiday anytime to be recommended.

Vraiment ravie de la location de cette villa. Elle est absolument conforme à la description. Notre hôte a été adorable et très disponible pour nous. Ce fut un séjour merveilleux à Novigrad !

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Nikolina. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, es war alles blitzblank und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nikolina und ihre Familie waren tolle Vermieter. Danke für eine tolle Zeit, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Although we visited at the end of the season and the weather was not perfect we had a great family holiday. We were made most welcome by our host and he was available at all times if we had any questions. The Villa was perfect for our family (all young adults), especially the on suite bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. We made use of the heated pool every day even though the air temperature left a bit to be desired. The view from the roof terrace is at all times of day magical. The Villa is... Very spacious house. Very comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated. Air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. Flat screen TV. Large, clean swimming pool, robot available. Lots of accessories for fun: floats and buoys, ball, games for children. Poolside lighting in the evening. Swing to relax! Very comfortable beds. Thanks to the neighbors who are the owner's parents. We were impressed with the Zadar Villas and also the personal attention of the owner. It's a great family! 

It all went very smoothly especially with the uncertainties caused by Covid 19. We had a great holiday!!!!!

The house is quiet and very nice, corresponds to the description and the pictures from the brochure. The technical equipment works perfectly. The hosts are very friendly and discreet. I would like to recommend it to others. Miro

We stayed one week at Villa Kate, and it was amazing! The four bedrooms are very nice, and with the four bathrooms, it felt like staying in a hotel! Although the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the villa’s incredible amenities: the pool, the soccer/basketball/badminton court (!), table tennis, and more. It was a lot of fun! (Note: the court will eventually be shared with a new villa, but for now, that villa doesn’t exist yet, so we had all the facilities to ourselves... Matt Juillet, September 23rd, 2024

Wir waren über Ostern mit 4 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist mit Pkw sehr gut und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We spent there fantastic and unforgetable one week in the end of June. Comfort, pleasure and relax are the best words to describe our experiences. The house is big enough, fully equipped and simply beautiful. The swimmingpool has the stairs inside and the jacuzzi area which makes it safer for the kids to stay there and enjoy it all together. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser. Die Vermieter haben mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gestaltet. Sie haben sogar für uns Fleisch zum Grillen eingekauft, damit wir in Ruhe am Pool den Tag verbringen konnten. Der wurde auch täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt. Mooie woning met zwembad vlakbij het strand en de zee. Enorme aardige eigenaar die het zwembad schoon houdt en het beddengoed verschoont. Ook had hij zelf geviste mosselen mee en kregen tomaten en aardappelen. Stond altijd voor ons klaar. Toen we incheckten reed hij ons naar de belangrijkste plekjes in de omgeving. Super aardige man, mooi en schoon huis met airco en een lekker balkon. Zwembad was zalig met ligbedden en een beschutte plek om lekker buiten te zitten. We hebben enorm genoten .... Alles war perfekt und die Vermieterin und ihr Mann einfach wunderbar!

Die Villa Mediteran ist eine tolle Unterkunft, für alle, die Ruhe suchen und gerne ein eigenes Pool genießen möchten. Dieses ist supersauber, der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Strand ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen und nicht überfüllt, man kann Tretboote und SUPs ausborgen (gegen Gebühr). Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man den Touristenmassen ausweichen möchte. Very nice villa, great pool, very clean!

Really good place with a large pool and perfect outdoor wood burning kitchen. Extra plus for the walking distance to local grocery shop.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Ruhig gelegen, in ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei schönen Buchten und im kleinen Dorf Vijnerac.
