Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool und Grillplatz sind sehr schön. Einrichtung modern und die Küche ist zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten sind ca. 15 min Autofahrt entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Alles super gelaufen vom Anfang bis zum Schluss. Kann man mit sehr gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen. Würde es sofort wieder buchen. Die Vermieterin hat sich ein paar Tage vorher schon gemeldet wegen der Anreise, wir konnten auch schon etwas früher ins Haus ohne Aufpreis.

La Villa è esattamente rispondente a quanto rappresentato nelle foto. Dettagli ricercati, camere ampie, accoglienza e pulizia ineccepibili. La piscina è molto piccola ma per i bambini è stata preziosa. La posizione è un po’ infelice, perché inserita in un contesto rurale e lontano circa 15 km dal più vicino centro cittadino... ma siamo stati davvero molto bene. Wir wurden empfangen mit Snacks und frischen Brötchen schon ca eine Stunde vor vereinbarten Check in da wir schneller als gedacht über die Grenze kamen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit leider recht schlechten Wetter, konnten den Urlaub allerdings sehr genießen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time in Martinas fantastic house: It has a traditional style, high quality facilities, every room has its own bath which makes it perfect for families or groups, and of course the pool is just a dream. You really don’t need to leave the house to find relaxation at the pool or under an olive-tree ;). Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen! Es war alles perfekt. Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ausreichend Platz. Der Pool wurde ebenso täglich gereinigt. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb von Pakostane, in Vrana. Den Massentourismus bekommt man überhaupt nicht mit. Martina (Hausbesitzerin) hat für uns an einem Abend Abendessen gekocht. Es war ausgezeichnet ! Sie war sehr bemüht und immer erreichbar. Pakostane ist ungefähr 15 min mit dem Auto... Nina, August 20th, 2019

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Ivo verbracht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war so sauber, super ausgestattet und alles wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet!Eigentümer sowie Verwaltung waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Am letzten Tag durften wir sogar länger als zur Check-Out Zeit bleiben, das hat uns sehr gefreut! Kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen, es lohnt sich!

Top Einrichtung und wunderschöne Anlage kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

The house is amazing. It's beautiful and stylishly furnished, very clean, has all the amenities needed, and is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The garden has a wonderful pool, sun lounges, a trampoline, swings, a ping-pong table, and a great bbq and outdoor lounge with a fireplace. The location is away from noisy cities in the hills, incredibly quiet, and a good base to explore the region. The owner is incredibly helpful with everything you'd want to know or need for... Ubytovanie sa nachadza v pokojnej casti Privlaky, cela tato oblast je ale pokojnejsia a neturisticka. Plne vybavena vila s velkou vyhodou vlastenej kupelne pre kazdu izbu/miestnost, Velky bazen vhodny na plavanie aj zabavu pre deti, komfortne sedenie/lezanie pri bazene pre vsetkych. Niekolko teras, moznost grilovania... Na plaze je to par minut autom (beach Sabunike aj pesi...).

The description of the house is corresponding to the reality. The house is confortable and very clean. The house has an exceptional view on the sea in front to Razanac. The owners of the house are very very frendly and kindly and they made our holiday special. We recommend this house and if in future we will come back in Razanac we would like to consider this house another time.

Beautiful house in the middle of a small town Lepuri. Spacious rooms, large heated swimming pool, and terrace made our stay unforgettable. One small remark: there were no blinds in the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

We - a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent 10 days in this wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the large beautiful pool with a great view of the fields. But the house / houses are also very nice, big and clean and with A / C in for rooms and kitchen. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We communicated by means of Google Translate.. They had great respect for our need for privacy, which is quite large. They welcomed us with open arms and had prepared tapas and drinks... Lene W, July 31st, 2021

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. We recommend doing a guided tour around Zadar old town, visiting the national park, the castle at Novigrad and the sea organ in... Jon B., UK, August 23rd, 2022

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets bemüht uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen zu helfen. Eine kurze Nachricht per Handy und unser Anliegen wurde sofort behandelt. Auch wenn die Vermieter selbst in Zadar wohnen, waren deren Eltern stets "zu diensten". We are a family of 6 and stayed for one week in this beautiful villa. The house is in great shape and sufficienly large to accomodate a large family. It is well equipped and very clean. We also enjoyed the garden, the BBQ and the very nice pool. We spent many late evenings outside. All in all we have great memories from our stay and would highly recommend to others as well.

The location of the house was great, it was very clean and the owners were very friendly. Also, they responded fast when we had questions, so they were very helpful.

A really spacious villa with everything you could need. A lovely view and chilled atmosphere around the heated pool. Hosts are very friendly and villa was spotless. Supermarket only a 75m walk, which is very convenient!

The house is perfect for bigger groups, everyone still has enough privacy, also the view was beautiful, it was easy the communicate with the owners (they were also very nice!), it was a very good and fun trip for me and my friends :)

Great house, amazing pool /terrace/bbq area that we used every single day. Very comfortable with more than 6 bathrooms. The view is breathtaking with a sunset guarantee. Mia, the owner, was very helpful and always quick to answer. Location is kind of remote, which was fine for us as we had cars. Note that they request a deposit of 500€ in cash. But no issues whatsoever to get it back when checking out! Can recommend to the fullest for large groups!

Das haus mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist ein Traum. Die Panoramaaussicht auf die Berge ist großartig. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert was an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgt. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Herrn Lepuri war super. Sehr nett und diskret und bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Lovely house, very large spaces and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Various outside furnished seating areas, including around the wonderfully clean pool. The games room and gym were an added bonus. Restaurants and bars less than 15 minutes walk away, all in all we had a fabulous experience and would very happily recommend Villa Amarena.

The villa was absolutely superb - the owner Lucija was so friendly and helpful. The villa was amazingly equipped, beds so comfortable and pool wonderful. Games room a real bonus for our teenage boys! Overall a brilliant stay

Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern im Inserat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat vier große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Einen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche. Der Pool ist super, es gibt auch ein Klo draußen und auch eine Dusche. Im Grillbereich hat man einen großen Tisch an dem man entspannt essen kann. Im Gemüsegarten konnten wir jeden Tag Tomaten ernten...sehr lecker. Kinder haben genug Auslauf, sowie... Julia R, August 31st, 2021
