Good evening, everything was more then perfect! Never had such a warm welcome with flowers, fresh fruit, and a filled refrigerator. The house was also very clean. Thank you for this perfect holiday! We certainly recommend this to our family and friends.

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is... , August 14th, 2018

Wir waren mit 10 Person für 7Tage in diesem Haus. Anfangs hatten wir die befürchtung das wir auf Betrüger gestoßen sind, da die angegeben adresse sich in der Hausnummer irrte. Doch nach anruf beim Hausbesitzer hat sich dieses schnell geklärt. Der Vermiter und seine Frau waren sehr höfflich und waren bei Fragen sehr hilffsbereit. The facilities of the villa were just fantastic. We spent so much time there because there was nothing we didn't like. The owner was also one of the coolest people I have ever met. Every day he filled the refrigerators with drinks, although that was not part of the contract. Maid made sure every day was clean and tidy. A table full of free drinks, as well as fresh, delicious fruit and a nice wine cellar, plus there were even 3 e-bikes. It was really our best holiday so far.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, welches einem die nötige Privatsphäre garantiert. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter, die sich unaufdringlich um alles gekümmert haben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal, um auf der einen Seite Ruhe zu haben und auf der anderen Seite nah genug an allen Ausflugszielen zu sein. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt und würden selbst wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Belle maison neuve avec belle piscine dans petit village calme et cependant près de tous les sites pittoresques. Routes non encombrées même au mois d'août. Ce fut de très belles vacances lumineuses

What a lovely villa, clean, tidy, everything we needed, superb hosts who went above and beyond. There is not much to do in the village, however we had a hire car and found it to be a perfect base for exploring Croatia. Only two minor things to be aware of, the church bells chime (multiple times) before 6am every morning, and if you have very young children, the villa living accomodation is up a stone staircase, however in my opinion these are minor things considering the villa and pool, and... The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sauber und sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern! Größtes Highlight waren aber sicherlich die Gastgeber. Sie haben uns immer geholfen wenn wir was brauchten und uns mit einem großzügigen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt! Das war deutlich mehr als erwartet.

Friendly, helpful owner. Ideal spot for discovering Zadar, and great launch point for trips in our hire car, with the peace of the countryside right on the edge of the town. Good runs/walks in the woods behind, and great swimming pool in private, secluded garden. 10 minutes drive to the old town for relaxed eating, painting and enjoying the historic buildings. I would strongly recommend it.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles was wir benötigt haben war vorhanden. Die Hosts haben und bei Fragen zu Corona-Testmöglichkeiten unterstützt, was eine große Hilfe war! Ich kann diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Very nice villa, very well equipped and a great pool! Our host was present during our stay: benevolence and discretion. We had a very good stay at Zvonko!

An absolutely well designed whole house. With so many space on it. Spotless clean. Definitely will come back again.

A lovely house in the peaceful countryside 15-20 minutes outside of Zadar. You are surrounded by grapes vines and olive trees, and the outdoor space inlcudes a ping pong table, bocce, and best of all a pool. Small supermarkets are within a 5 minutes drive. Watch out for sheep on the roads! The host and her family made us feel very welcome. Dont miss the opportunity to taste their wine.

Wir hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in Zadar. es wurde sich um alles gekümmert von Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt funktioniert. ich kann Zadar Villas nur bestens weiter empfehlen, wir würden jede zeit wieder über euch Buchen. vielen Dank, beste Grüße Joachim Beck.
