Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast und es war unglaublich. Nagelneues Haus mit großartigem Komfort. Die Gastgeberfamilie war fantastisch, jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Pool und das Haus waren so sauber, habe ich bisher noch nie erleb. Die Lage am Meer mit kleinem Olivenhain war traumhaft. Gäbe es 6 Sterne, würde ich die auch vergeben!

Das Ferienhaus ist vor Gastfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus war sauber und wie auf der Internetseite beschrieben ausgestattet. Auch vor Ort war immer jemand als Ansprechpartner da. Tipps und Hinweise waren sehr hilfreich und machten den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Gästen in der Villa Idassa, Brisevo zu Gast bei Marijan. Die Villa Idassa war die Beste Entscheidung unseres Urlaubs. Marijan war ein perfekter Host der auf seine Gäste eingeht um bei Fragen immer zur Seite steht. Die Villa und die Ausstattung sind einfach nur perfekt. Marijan gibt sich sehr viel Mühe damit sie die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Great villa in a quiet but beautiful area, walking distance to stony but beautiful beach with a few simple beach bars. A small village with a few great restaurants, make sure to visit the konoba. Villa is great, immaculate and clean with superb pool and sunshades and loungers. The only improvement would be air conditioning in the bedrooms as it gets really hot at night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay didn’t want to leave!

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und die Bilder sind realistisch. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum entspannen und um nicht gestört zu werden. Wenn man jedoch etwas unternehmen möchte ist in der Umgebung nicht sehr viel geboten. Die klassischen Touristenattraktionen (geführte Bootsfahrt, Jetski, Bootsmiete, etc) sind natürlich gegeben. Restaurants hat es ebenfalls genügend. Die Landschaft ist gut geeignet für eine schöne Wanderung. Alles in allem... Julian Adolphi, September 10th, 2023

A really great stay. The accommodation is barrier-free, which was very beneficial for my father in his wheelchair. The house is on a large property, which is also completely wheelchair accessible. We really liked the pool with integrated stairs, the outdoor shower and the various outdoor seating areas. We also really appreciated the warm welcome from the landlady with a ham platter and ice cream, but we still had complete privacy on the property at all times. This was very important to us.... Wir waren in Juni 2023 als Familie in der Villa XO. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkplätze sind überdacht und das Haus genau so, wie man es auf den Fotos sehen kann. Alles wie neu! Es gibt draußen eine Gasgrill und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Wasserkocher, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, etc.) Die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert und ist in jedem Schlafzimmer individuell einstellbar. Für Naturliebhaber, die ganz in Ruhe ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten, ist dieses Objekt perfekt. Die Vermieter sind bezaubernd nett und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Unser Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had 2 weeks great holidays in this wonderful house. The description of the villa is very precise. Silvana and her sister gave us a warm welcome, and assisted us when ever needed. It is a awesome villa and a great hosts. I hope we can relive here such a holiday. Tobias

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus genießen dürfen. Wir waren 9 Leute (6 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager, 1 Kind und 1 Baby) Der Pool und die Außenküche waren ein absolutes Highlight. Wir genossen die Ruhe. Der Strand Bokulja ist 10min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch absolut ruhig. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist 4km in Posedarje, ansonsten hat man ca 500m vom Haus entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt. Bis nach Zadar fährt man auch nur ca.... Kristina D, August 12th, 2021

The villa can be considered as a high standard villa.

There were 7 of us in the complex. Everything was there that is needed in everyday vacation.

In addition to 2 large bathrooms, the house has another toilet.

The pool is relatively large, so that you can swim nice lengths.

Pool shower, enough loungers and pool towels also no problem.

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Iris verbringen dürfen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und auch der Housekeeperin Martha lief super. Martha gab uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants die alle absolut toll waren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts, toller Pool schöner Ausblick. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön ruhig nicht so touristisch (was uns sehr gut gefallen hat) und man kann verschiedene Ausflüge... Rolf W., August 25th, 2022

The villa was beautifully clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owners living nearby met us on arrival and very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. Answered all our questions promptly and made recommendations when we asked. Location was perfect for us being a quiet secluded spot but within short drives to Zadar and other towns and beaches. Ein traumhafter Urlaub in ruhiger Lage! Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa in der Nähe von Zadar verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Umgebung – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und einfach zu entspannen. Die Villa war sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Privatsphäre, die großzügige Terrasse und der schöne Pool.
