Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub in der Villa Iris, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Bei Fragen stand uns immer die Verwalterin oder auch der Eigentümer zur Verfügung.

Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps bekommen und hatten dadurch auch noch 2 wundervolle Tage auf einem Boot.

Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes, sauberes und auch hochwertig eingerichtetes Wohnobjekt. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes direkt nebenan eine Baustelle, die das Entspannen am Pool etwas erschwerte. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto.

Très bon logement, propriétaires très sympas, boissons et petits gateaux à l'arrivée et il nous ont encore apporté des pastèques après et pour le départ encore une autre cadeau.

A recommander mais il faut une voiture absolument.

Sehr groß und gut gepflegt. Perfekt für Familie wir wurden herzlich empfange.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer bemüht dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wurden gleich mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Getränken begrüßt. Auch im Haus war alles vorhanden und sauber. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass nur eine Dusche im Haus ist. Very nice villa we had a very good stay there are many things to do 20 minutes from the villa, the villa is located in a quiet place the host is very welcoming and available to advise you wonderful places. You won't be disappointed with your trip.

We were a group of friends and family who stayed at Villa Royal Promons, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The villa offered stunning views, a fantastic pool, and a comfortable house. De villa was zeer proper. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en zeer bereidwillig. Het zwembad werd zeer regelmatig onderhouden. Gezellige, rustig omgeving. Goede ontvangst en alles wat je nodig hebt is voorradig. Dit is een aanrader.

Das Haus war mit allem nötigen Zeug ausgestattet alles neu sehr hochwertige Möbel.
Alles war blitzblank es war nicht mal ein Staubkorn zu erkennen
Hilf bereite Gastgeber super freundlich wurden gut empfangen mit einem Geschenk verabschiedet was nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Ich kann jeden die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children and we have had a brilliant time in the villa. The space is lovely and of course the beautiful pool is a bonus. Very close to the beach. Lovely and clean. We came just before the season started and we were made aware of this before booking, would love to come back and see what it’s like when Vir is a little bit busier.

This holiday was amazing, the hosts were brilliant communicators, they looked after us so well. The house was very clean, very well equipped and there was many extra touches. The Hosts were the best we have encountered. They helped us find restaurants, local events, book things, they even made us breakfast on a couple of occasions. I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa. We were made to feel very welcome and I cannot recomend this accomodation enough!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage ist gut vieles ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Friendly, helpful owner. Ideal spot for discovering Zadar, and great launch point for trips in our hire car, with the peace of the countryside right on the edge of the town. Good runs/walks in the woods behind, and great swimming pool in private, secluded garden. 10 minutes drive to the old town for relaxed eating, painting and enjoying the historic buildings. I would strongly recommend it.

Hatten eine schöne Woche, auf Wünsche und Anregungen wurde schnell eingegangen, kleine Probleme wurden vom Vermieter kurzfristig gelöst! Alles sauber gerne wieder!

We stayed in the villa for 10 days and it was amazing. It felt like our second home, there was nothing that we could fault. The owner was also great and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. He also helped arrange local trips. The location was excellent, close to the beach, walking distance to the bars and restaurants, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the overcrowded tourist area.

The house is perfect for bigger groups, everyone still has enough privacy, also the view was beautiful, it was easy the communicate with the owners (they were also very nice!), it was a very good and fun trip for me and my friends :)

Very pleasant stay, good location!

Wir sind als sechs Freunde nach Kroatien verreist. Empfangen wurden wir von Vesna und ihrem Mann, die beide außerordentlich gastfreundlich sind und uns mit Wein, Brot, Käse und Schinken empfangen haben. Der Pool war sehr sauber und auch rund um dem Pool war der Garten sehr gepflegt. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und hat diesen Urlaub einfach perfekt gemacht.

We had the best time at this place. The hosts are very amazing people.

The house is fully equipped. There is WIFI too. We cant be faulted.

Near the house there is a little supermarket, where you can buy everything.

Meine Frau und ich konnten mit unserem Hund wunderschöne Ferien im Haus der Familie Ference verbringen. Das Haus ist mit schönem Pool, perfektem Aussengrillplatz und riesigem Umschwung an ruhiger Lage das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden. Übergabe erfolgte sehr zügig und Informativ. Es ist alles was man für ein schönen Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 8 km. in Biograd vorhanden (Lidl und Co.) Zu den Stränden sind es ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto, es gibt jede menge Auswahl. für drei Parteien ideal aufgeteilt, jeder hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Wir können das Haus mit guten...
