Tento d.o.o. is a user of a digital marketing voucher. The voucher was awarded for the purpose of implementing the project Increasing the level of digital maturity of TENTO d.o.o. through investment in digital marketing, code NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I2.01-V2.0374.

Brief description of the project:

The implementation of the project refers to the digitalization and connection of the procedures for collecting, processing and managing reservation data via a new web application. The application is intended for everyday business and allows for more efficient analysis, planning, organization, realization and monitoring of the results of business activities and communication with existing and potential service users. The implementation of the project also includes training employees to work with the new application.

Project objectives and expected results:

The implementation of the project increases the level of digital maturity of Tento d.o.o. and creates the prerequisites for improving business operations and further developing services in the existing and new markets for providing tourism services, which are strongly digitalized.

Total project value: €10,375.00

Amount co-financed by the EU: €4,980.00

Project implementation period: November 28, 2023 – November 28, 2024
