Dear Guests,

In this uncertain time we hope that you are all well and that the worst period is behind us. We are very pleased that Croatia reacted in a timely manner and managed to bring the coronavirus under control with strict measures. Situation in Croatia is very good at the moment and we hope that it will get even better over time. We have been preparing for this moment and cannot wait to welcome you back to your home away from home. We have few information we would like to share with you to let you know that you can feel safe in our villas.
The safety, well-being and health of our guests comes first.

Our villas are mostly located in isolated areas, away from the public eye. Some villas don’t even have neighbors and are surrounded by woods and vineyards. Majority of our villas are surrounded by a high wall and courtyards are completely intimate, family spaces. You can enjoy the privacy of your personal garden and private pool without unwanted views. Some villas have their own garden with fruits and vegetables that you can pick every day and enjoy the organic food of the Mediterranean.
Our houses located in the urban area are also isolated, you will have complete privacy and if you want to be part of the summer madness you just need to walk a few minutes to get to the center.
We must also point out that there are fewer guests in the villas who have used the facilities than in the hotels. So staying in villa is much safer than staying in a hotel due to the smaller transition of guests.
Prior to your arrival entire villa and the pool will be cleaned and disinfected. Special attention will be paid to the disinfection of door handles, light switches and all other potentially risky surfaces. Detailed cleaning and sanitation of all indoor and outdoor areas in-between guests stay will be provided.
In addition, if you would like to keep your social contacts with others at a minimum, we are providing safe food and beverage delivery, with no physical contact, and in a safe manner.
Owners will take the necessary precautions when welcoming and greeting new guests. We also offer the possibility of self-check in, without contact with the owner, where you will receive instructions for entering the villa.
All our villas are fully equipped with all the amenities needed for your longer stay.
In addition to enjoying the privacy of the pool surrounded by sun loungers, in some of our villas we also offer game rooms with billiards, table football, table tennis and much more. For those who want to stay fit on their vacation, we also have villas with gym.Property owners and out team will be at your disposal during your stay and for all questions and concerns you can contact us any time.
