In this uncertain time where everyday things are set for us as a kind of challenge’s, we think of you and your safety to have a safe stay from the beginning to the end of your visit in Croatia. We want you to know that we together with our villa owners respect world standards of safety in all segment’s. We want you to know that we are socially responsible and that you are in safe hands so that you can enjoy your vacation carefree. All villa owners received detailed instructions on how to greet and treat guests during the Covid 19 pandemic, as well as detailed instructions on disinfecting and cleaning the accommodation.

It is important to us that you know:

• At any time, you can get information from us or the owners about medical and pharmacy services available in that area or in the facility itself, telephone numbers of emergency medical institutions on duty, emergency medical services etc.
• If you want, we can organize a contactless check in but if you want to be greeted you can be sure that the rules of physical distance will be respected and that sufficient distance between you and the person who welcomes you will be ensured.
• The person waiting for you will wear a medical or face mask indoors which cover both the mouth and the nose.
• The person who will be in constant contact with you during your stay (if needed) will regularly and appropriately wash and disinfect their hands with disinfectant based on alcohol in a concentration of not less than 70% or other means with a declared virucidal action and suitable for use on the skin.
• Disinfectant dispensers (alcohol - based) will be installed at the main entrance of the villa at a concentration of not less than 70% or another agent with a declared virucidal action and suitable for use on the skin.
• A sufficient amount of paper towels (napkins) and others will be provided as any disposable materials, means and equipment for cleaning, washing and disinfection.
• Special attention is paid to monitoring the condition of the filter of air condition unit and maintaining the correct condition of indoor air exchange rate.
• Special attention is paid to intensified washing at the recommended temperatures and disinfection of bed linen and towels.   

What we ask of you we are sure you already respect and have implemented in your daily life:

• It is recommended to wear protective masks in common areas of facility (reception area, in catering facilities, meeting rooms…)
• It is recommended to wash your hands regularly or disinfect your hands with disinfectant based on alcohol in a concentration of not less than 70% or other means with a declared virucidal action and suitable for use on the skin.
•  It is recommended that guests maintain a physical distance indoors when meeting the owners in accordance with the current recommendations of the Croatian Institute for Public health care, except for members of the same family or group.
