Just what we wanted! Silence Relaxation and comfort, walking distance to the sea! Very clean! Very nice homeowner! Wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance Everyone was happy!!!!

So clean and perfectly located. Lots of great supplies in the villa and the hosts were amazing and left us some lovely treats. The pool is such an amazing space and the outside shower with the olive tree was a lovey added feature. The two indoor shower rooms were great and we loved the level aspect of the villa with the ‘hidden’ balconies as well. Villa Teuta was lovely and clean with everything we needed, the pool was great and we made use of the table tennis table. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from two beaches both of which are pebble beaches. The villa is about a 25 minute walk from Zadar Old Town, but it is worth the walk, especially to see the sunset. We also visited the town of Nin and the national park of Krka, both worth a visit. My only criticism would be there was no information pack in the villa, that would be useful.... We stayed at the Villa Mirta for 10 days and they were all perfect. The house is located on top of a hill with a view of the castle of Novigrad. Outside there are plenty of terraces, a lovely swimming pool, and a large BBQ. The house itself is modern and tastefully decorated. It's almost too beautiful to use as a rental home. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Zadar. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Very lovely house, interior and place! Perfect for guests, who want to slow down and enjoy this house on a hill close to a small town. Lucija and her family are very welcoming and friendly hosts, with lots of good suggestions for our stay and a caring welcome-food-package! The best air bnb we have been so far! Thanks for having us!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, absolut top der große Pool, 1,50m tief. 2 separat stehende Häuser mit je 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich/Küche. Unseren 4 Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, nach Zadar ca 20 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es 2 Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gefühlt immer geöffnet (bis 23:00 Uhr). Ausstattung und Weitläufigkeit sorgen dafür, dass kein Stress entsteht.

Meine Freunde und ich (10 Personen) haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus erlebt! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Als besonders empfanden wir die Lage. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein wunderschönes Haus, in dem wir uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und umpfangreich ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit jedem Anliegen an den Eigentümer Toni wenden, der immer hilsbereit war. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Zadar und auch die Nationalparks Paklenica, Plitvice und Krka sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus und einen... Ein tolles Ferienhaus, welches einem die nötige Privatsphäre garantiert. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter, die sich unaufdringlich um alles gekümmert haben. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal, um auf der einen Seite Ruhe zu haben und auf der anderen Seite nah genug an allen Ausflugszielen zu sein. Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt und würden selbst wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

A wonderfully quiet place to stay. The house itself is well equipped and there are plenty of things to do in the region. The pool is lovely when it's hot outside, and when it's raining the living room is just as nice.

Schönes Steinhaus in Mitten von unzähligen Olivenbäumen und trotzdem nur einen Katzensprung ins Zentrum von Zadar - Tomislav ist wirklich ein sehr, sehr netter Vermieter - kommen gerne wieder ....

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist geräumig und für eine größere Familie ideal. Einige Dinge in der Küche und zum Reinigen fehlen, aber das ist nicht weiter tragisch. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und wohnen in der Nähe. Sie kommen bei Problemen vorbei und sind hilfsbereit.
 

Lovely house with amazing sunsets! The host was so helpful and generous, bough us gifts when we arrived and toys to our baby. This was a very great place for kids with a playground. We spent all of our time in the amazing pool area and barbecuing. Would really recommend this house and if I go back to Zadar this will be the place!

Owner is fabulous and very flexible. Amazing house, clean comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is there. Lovely location with some amenities in walking distance and in the countryside so quiet and peaceful.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Der große Pool und die Außenküche sorgen dafür, dass man eigentlich nur draußen ist. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Klimaanlage in fast jedem Zimmer. Insgesamt wirklich perfekt. Wer aber einen Strand-Urlaub möchte, sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen, welches näher am Strand ist.
