Villa Nikolina is located in a small village Polača which is part of Zadar County. Located in the inner part of Dalmatia only 11 km from Biograd, a town with beautiful beaches, pine forests and sunny bays offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. What makes Biograd na Moru an exceptional destination is its natural environment, the proximity of the Kornati National Park, the Krka National Park, and the Vrana Lake Nature Park.

Villa Nikolina is a beautiful rustic villa with elements of modern that can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa offers a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Nina war eine super Gastgeberin! Der Check in war sehr flexibel und sie hat uns in kürzester Zeit auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Das Haus war spitze! Wir haben den Garten mit Pool und Grillplatz sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke :)

Wunderbarer Platz für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie!

Wunderbare Villa, sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber! Ideal auch die 2. Küche, welche im Außenbereich neben dem Grillbereich zur Verfügung steht. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut und auch die Badezimmer sehr komfortable. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. Supermarkets, sights, beaches and beautiful promenades with bars and restaurants can be reached by car in a short time. Also the team of Zadar Villas was great and everything worked very well. We will definitely come back! Thank you for this great vacation! :-)

last week we stayed at Villa Nikolina in Polaca.

We had the best time at this place. The hosts are very amazing people.

The house is fully equipped. There is WIFI too. We cant be faulted.

Near the house there is a little supermarket, where you can buy everything.

The people in the village are very friendly.

We loved the landscapes and the weather.

We want to come back next year! We have taken the hosts in our heart! It was a really amazing week!!
