Villa Petra is a spacious and charming holiday home located in Bibinje, just 7 km from the historic city of Zadar. This quiet seaside village offers a relaxed atmosphere with a lively summer scene—think cozy restaurants, traditional taverns, and beach bars all along the coast. During the warmer months, the town comes alive with local festivals, concerts, and family-friendly events, while the nearby beaches with their smooth pebbles and crystal-clear waters provide the perfect setting for swimming and sunbathing. Just a short walk away is D-Marin, the largest marina on the Croatian coast, with excellent dining options, cafés, and a range of recreational activities.

Villa Petra is located only 100 meters from the sea and is made up of three separate apartments that are rented together as one private unit, making it ideal for families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still enjoying a bit of personal space.

On the upper floor, there are two apartments. The first is a 45 m² apartment that includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa that can be extended into an extra bed. This apartment also has access to a balcony with lovely views of the sea and nearby islands. The second upstairs apartment is a cozy private room with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own bathroom—perfect for another couple or family member who wants a little extra privacy.

On the ground floor, there’s a third apartment measuring 35 m², which also includes a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom. This floor also features a shared laundry room, a summer kitchen, and a covered outdoor dining area, making it easy to enjoy meals together in the fresh air.

Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue, and a peaceful garden space for relaxing or dining. Pets are welcome at Villa Petra with an additional fee.

Everything is rented as one unit, so you’ll have the whole property to yourselves—including all three apartments, the garden, pool, and outdoor amenities—making it the perfect setup for a group of up to 8 guests who want to enjoy the Croatian coast together in comfort.
