The villa is well-kept, clean and fully equipped. Outside there is a large, landscaped space with a huge, spotlessly clean swimming pool. In the evening, the yard and pool are beautifully lit, creating a great atmosphere and mood. The owner is very nice and communicative.

This property is quite superb. The villa is very clean and well equipped. There are comfortable living spaces and the bedrooms were lovely. Every bedroom has an ensuite. When we arrived we were welcomed by Mia’s mum and dad. There was a roaring fire in the grate. We had no hired car so Mia’s dad very kindly took us down to Zadar to the car rental place. We (family with teens) had a great holiday here and throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location and the suburb quality of the villa. The host was exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful. Would throughly recommend this for a brilliant relaxing holiday!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarschaft. Beim direkten Nachbarn kann man mit Vorbestellung sehr gut und traditionell Essen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat alles was man braucht und war auch sehr sauber.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Alora. It was perfect! The arrival was breathtaking and the host had prepared a welcome snack, it was done with so much care. Our whole stay enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, sunbeds, even relaxing at night with a board game was the cherish on the so called cake. Also during our stay the contact with the host and Zadar Villa’s was very to get some advise on local activities like kayaking or snorkeling tour. We certainly advise you to book Villa Alora.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, ist geräumig und für eine größere Familie ideal. Einige Dinge in der Küche und zum Reinigen fehlen, aber das ist nicht weiter tragisch. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und wohnen in der Nähe. Sie kommen bei Problemen vorbei und sind hilfsbereit.
 

Alles perfekt! Ivan und Sanja sind wunderbare Gastgeber und waren sehr hilfsbereit und dennoch diskret. Das Haus ist wunderschön modern eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende um abzuschalten. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10min in der schönen Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das kleine Paradies können wir jedem weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren im August für zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien in dieser wunderschönen und nagelneuen Villa und waren wirklich zufrieden. Da steht eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit riesiger Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi und extra Weinkühler, die Außenküche hat einen Jamie Oliver Gasgrill, es gibt einen großen TV, ein Zimmer mit Playstation, Dart etc., eine große Bosebox zum Streamen von Musik drinnen und draußen, einen Pool mit Außendusche, der... Es war ein toller Urlaub für meine Familie und mich Kinderfreundliche Umgebung ruhig gelegen und nicht weit vom Strand Eine sehr schöne Villa , die keine Wünsche offen lässt Super Gastgeber , die man immer erreichen konnte und die ein tolles Abendessen für uns zubereitet haben . Vielen Dank

The house is a 10/10 because it is very new and very clean.The hosts are very nice and also very keen to make sure everything is perfect.The pool is top notch and well maintained.I can only recommend it to anyone with a family.

Bien situé pour l'accès à la ville et aux plages. Propriétaire disponible. Four à Peka. Jardin potager avec des tomates introuvables en magasin. Table de pingpong un peu vieillisante mais fonctionnel Balade à pieds nombreuses dans la campagne immédiate. Avis très positif sur l'ensemble!

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. Alles in Allem , top Wetter , top Villa und Grundstück... top Urlaub !!! Vg David und Freunde

In a very quiet original location. Just as our idea of Croatia is. No mass tourism, but everything necessary for living easily accessible. Even with our two children 9 and 14 years old, there was never any boredom.

Die Unterkunft ist top! Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Man benötigt jedoch ein Auto, um zum Strand oder in ein Lebensmittelgeschäft zu kommen.

The villa looks exactly like the pictures. It was and clean and the hosts was very helpfull and easy to communicate with. There’s a small city nearby and we drove to both Zadar, Biograd and multiple other cities and Nature experiences from there. All in all. Very great villa.

Lovely house with amazing sunsets! The host was so helpful and generous, bough us gifts when we arrived and toys to our baby. This was a very great place for kids with a playground. We spent all of our time in the amazing pool area and barbecuing. Would really recommend this house and if I go back to Zadar this will be the place!

The stay was very pleasant. Everything was thought out to ensure guests felt at their best. Nothing was missing, the standard was high, and the property was fully maintained. We are very pleased.
