The house is located in a peaceful area, yet close to a slightly larger town with shops and delicious local food. It has everything you need—including a bar and a pool table. The pool is spacious and clean. The place is definitely worth the price, and if we visit Croatia again, we would certainly consider staying here again. The host was very kind, highly communicative, and provided all the essential information right at check-in. Highly recommended!

Superb villa, well laid out and very quiet, surrounded by nature. No overlooking neighbors and a very nice games room downstairs. I highly recommend him, especially since Goran is very responsive and attentive.

The villa is Incredible! Every room has a private bathroom, there's a well equipped kitchen, nice living space and even a party room with a pool table. Communication with the landlord was easy as well. What we loved most though, was the beautiful property with an outside lounge and a pool. 10/10 would recommend!

Das Haus war traumhaft schön, der Pool zwar etwas kalt, durch das heiße Wetter war er jedoch eine super abkühlung. Goran der Besitzer hat mir einige Tage vorher schon geschrieben wann und wo wir hinkommen sollen. Die Ankunft verlief super, das Haus ist einfach zu finden. Goran hat uns das ganze Haus gezeigt, ebenfalls den schönen Partykeller in den man schöne Abende verbringen kann. Abschließend kann ich nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen, für das schöne Haus als auch den super Netten Vermieter Goran.

Das Haus ist ideal für 6 Personen. Die Zimmer jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war wunderschön und genügend Raum sich um den Pool zu platzieren. Das einzige was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten wäre eine größere Kaffeemaschine, die für 6 Personen etwas zu klein war. Das Haus liegt zwar weiter entfernt vom Strand, aber es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und wir waren sowieso immer im Land unterwegs. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do justice to the superb outside space and pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone thinking of staying in this area. The owner is knowledgable about the local area and sent tips for things to do whilst in the area and also for other parts of Croatia. Great communication and we had a great stay here!

We had a very nice stay, the villa met all our expectations and the host was easy to comunicate with.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa, es ist alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Schöner Ausblick in die Ferne! Zu beachten ist, dass die Villa sehr abgelegen liegt, ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert (zum nächsten Strand ca. 30 Minuten, nächster Supermarkt ca 10 Minuten entfernt.) Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub :)

Das haus mit dem wunderschönen Pool ist ein Traum. Die Panoramaaussicht auf die Berge ist großartig. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert was an heißen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgt. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Herrn Lepuri war super. Sehr nett und diskret und bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Alles im allen war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Wir waren alle zufrieden! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass kein Supermarkt im Ort ist, aber das wussten wir vorher. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Bei Fragen/Anliegen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Beautiful and comfortable. The location is in a country setting with easy access to Zadar and Split. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable newsrooms and baths, functional kitchen, WIFI, and cable!!! It was spectacular!

Excellent host - was very helpful and friendly. The house is his fathers and is situated in a quiet village about 40 minutes from the nearest beach. There was a miscommunication regarding the number of beds but that was sorted and we had to remove a cot and high chair to the basement. The photos make the place look nicer than it actually is but that didn’t spoil the stay. The pool and outside area is lovely and the air conditioning in every room was a godsend in the 40C heat. The local tourist beaches are very busy and are OK but we found an inland beach called Meka Draga which was fantastic- quiet with two small cafes and wonderful water. Near a great restaurant too called Kalada. Also booked a fab boat tour from Vodice beach for the day around the islands. Overall a nice stay and a welcoming host.

family of 8 (7 adults 1 child) had a fantastic 10 nights stay end of July. Goran our host met us there and is very informative and friendly. Villa is lovely and clean, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was clean and refreshing after long and busy days out. What impressed us is the free gallons of drinking water Goran provided, a godsend on hot days. The area is a bit remote but you need a car to travel anywhere in Croatia so no problems. Visited the amazing Krka and Plitvice waterfalls, Split, Omis, Zadar, Sibenik, Pirovac, and many more. Will be coming back to Croatia, a beautiful place to visit. Thanks, Goran for everything

Beautiful house in the middle of a small town Lepuri. Spacious rooms, large heated swimming pool, and terrace made our stay unforgettable. One small remark: there were no blinds in the bedroom adjacent to the living room.

This villa was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Goran was there whenever we needed him. The outside area is amazing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for some of the weekend, so the heated pool didn’t work out for us. We would absolutely stay there again! Was a joy staying here!

It was wonderful, a very green landscape and lots of mountains! Croatia is a very beautiful country. The welcome was nice, the owner was available. The house was beautiful. We took advantage of the pool and visited the cities like Zadar and Split. Thanks again!

This villa is perfect for a peaceful getaway, though within 10 minutes of a small town (Benkovac) that has a number of good restaurants. Sopot was a bit too rustic. Pizzeria Milonga was amazing (medium pizzas are just fine - the jumbo ones are HUGE!), but our favourite was Konoba Niko which was the friendliest and had the best food. The villa is fairly new, and Goran, the owner, met us on arrival. He also got us some provisions as we didnt actually get there until around 11.30pm. The pool is refreshing;y cold and the gardens are well maintained, helped by the use of artificial grass. The kitchen area is small, but we didnt really cook much, and the bedrooms are neat, tidy and air conditioned. The villa has all cons including dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum, microwave, toastie maker, coffee maker etc. Zadar is about a 45 minute drive away, as are the beaches at Nin (though dont go to Croatia for beaches!) Our favourite spot was Zrmanja (Put Food House Zrmanja into Google maps). Go early to experience some of the smaller waterfalls and river swimming (watch out for snakes - though not poisonous). We could not be too ambitious as we had a 2 year old with us. However, there was no food apart from ice cream available before 12! Overall, the villa was fantastic, Goran ensured that we had everything that we needed, and I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a most fabulous twelve nights at the villa. Ideally placed to visit the beautiful cities of Zadar, Nin, Split, Sibernic, Trogir and the most stunning Krka National Park. Set in the rural location provided us with the peace and quiet we sort. The pool was a fantastic relief from the scorching heat of the August sunshine and the wonderful neighbours provided us with fresh figs and almonds from their own trees as an additional treat. If your looking for an away from it all break this should be your destination.

If you are looking for a home away from home this is a great place to go. Situated in a quiet rural village, great for some quiet relaxation by the pool whilst enjoying amazing views. We were two families traveling together and it was fantastic for the children, they had a great time in the pool and also had plenty of space to play in the garden area, as well as there being a trampoline and swing set. It is easy to reach many great locations in the area such as nin, Zadar and krka national park. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, it's hosts, the location!!!! 35 minutes to beaches, 35-40minutes to Krka National Park, driving distance to Zadar and ferries out to the islands, closest town ten minutes away had markets and restaurants that fit our needs! The privacy, quiet, warm reception and welcome from this host and his partner were fantastic! Wine left in the fridge for our arrival, fully accommodating house with clean towels and water for the water cooler replaced halfway during our stay...the yard!!! Pictures don't do it justice I made myself at home on the pergola while family swam! But most of all the communications and gracious reception and departure we received. From day one communication was stellar. We had an emergency that interfered with our initial travel dates. Without missing a beat they completely allowed our request to shift dates accommodating our new arrival dates and departure without penalty of difficulty. I will definitely be returning to this location, this home and these owners...without hesitation for our next visit! Thank you Goran and Tomislav for a wonderful holiday!!

It’s a fantastic villa in a quiet and beautiful area! Close to many cities, so a car is really needed. The house pool and lounge area is really nice! Perfect for friends and family. The only thing to take note off is that there could be a bit windy compared to in the cities, but it isnt really a big concern, so we are over all really Happy with our stay here! And the hosts is really caring!

We had a really lovely stay here and explored the surrounding areas of Zadar, Krka National Park and Split during our holiday. The accommodation was very clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make our holiday a very pleasant one. The pool and outside areas are also lovely and the hosts were excellent. You definitely need a hire car to stay here as it is in quite a rural location but if you’re happy to drive then it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with two families. Nice playing room for kids, nice pool, nice house.
