Das Objekt besticht durch seine Größe und Sauberkeit! Man hat zwei Klimaanlagen und an jedem Fenster ein Rollo. Alles ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen ein Segen. Unser Hund hat den voll umzäunten Garten absolut genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Eine wunderschöne Villa , mit allem was man braucht um einen sehr schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist phantastisch, keine direkten Nachbarn...falls es mal ein bisschen lauter wird beim toben im Pool . Wir hatten unseren Hund mit , er hat es glaub ich auch sehr genossen, außer an diese Wärme , da musste er sich erst daran gewöhnen. Alles in Allem , top Wetter , top Villa und Grundstück... top Urlaub !!! Vg David und Freunde

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Angefangen vom netten Kontakt vor und während des Urlaubs, vom herzlichen Willkommen mit Imbiss am ersten Abend, über den herrlichem Pool bis hin zum Zugang zu den Früchten im eigenen Garten (Feigen, Weintrauben und Tomaten, die unsere Enkelin geliebt hat). Zur Ausgangssituation: 6x Erwachsene zwischen 21 - 33 wollten eine Woche in der Sonne, Pool und lauterer Lautstärke den Urlaub vertreiben. Schön wäre es wenn das Haus näher zum Meer wäre, hat uns am Ende nicht gestört. Anfahrt: unkompliziert und gut erreichbar - Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber gut zu erreichen. Aktuell verbringt man in Slowenien an den Grenzen sehr viel Zeit (Hinfahrt ca. 5h, Rückfahrt 1,5h) Anreise war für 16 Uhr vorgesehen, hat... Stefan H, August 1st, 2020

We enjoyed our stay with two families. Nice playing room for kids, nice pool, nice house.

We had a wonderfull holiday in this beautifull house: You have everything you need!. A beautifull pool and just next to the pool a nice place to BBQ to have lunch and diner! Really quiet and peacefull area with the church next door. Lovely owners who are really helpfull and very very kind. It is a beautifull place to discover the zadar region and KRKA park. Amazing villa which matches perfectly the ad. Enjoy the beautiful equipment in a brand new villa. The owner marko is the most sympathetic Croatian that we have met during our stay. He is very reactive when you have a problem and comprehensive. We had great Holliday’s thanks to him. Hope to come back soon!

The villa was perfect, the owners are very nice people. I recommend the villa for eberybody who are looking for high quality and calm place. Near the villa I have been eaten my best pizza ever

This house was perfect! We were 6 persons, and had everything we needed. Perfect pool, GREAT fireplace!! The kitchen had all we needed, if anything was missing the owner were there in 15 minutes and helped out. 4km to a sandy beach, with good prices. Only minus was the information about gym/fitness room, there were none.. Thanks for a great week!

This property is suitable for different age groups. There are lots of activities you can enjoy doing in the garden. You can swim, play ping pong, badminton, have fun in the trampoline... We also greatly appreciated the warm welcome from the owners.

Our group had a fantastic stay at this very lovely and beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi and were pleasantly surprised by the large fruit tree garden that we could enjoy. There was enough space for all of us to relax and great amenities provided. We found Meri to be a very kind and pleasant woman who was happy to help and popped by a few times during our stay to help with things and to give us extra towels. We had a great vacation in Novigrad. We were 7 people and the first guests in the newly built Villa Ponti. Everything was as described. The Villa is modern, stylish and very well equiped with all you need. The view was amazing. Marija is an amazing Host and made sure we realy dont miss anything and enjoy our Stay. Novigrad is a small town and an ideal Spot for people that Look for a relaxed holiday without overloaded beaches. The small nice AdriaSol beach is just 4 min down a small footpath.... We travelled as a group of eight people to Zadar and decided to book Villa Mestrovic as accommodation. First positive aspect was that we were able to check in earlier. Secondly the villa was very clean and it was everything described as written on Airbnb! Highlight of the accommodation is the Pool, we really enjoyed relaxing there. Wir waren mit unserer 6 jährigen Tochter hier und es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, alles ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Meine Freunde und ich (10 Personen) haben einen sehr tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus erlebt! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Als besonders empfanden wir die Lage. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann den Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Auch dort ist man komplett für sich allein und kann richtig entspannen. Die Liegen und der schöne Pool laden täglich zum Sonnenbad... Kevin K,Germany, July 6th, 2022

We spent a great time in a beautiful, modern and well equipped villa (fully air-conditioned) in a very quiet village (about 25 minutes - by car - from Zadar city. Apart from the spacious terrace with various chairs and loungers, the pool and the huge fig tree, the outdoor kitchen is the absolute highlight. Fully furnished, including a BBQ and a large table, this was the central area of everyday life. The landlord family lives right next door, was very friendly and took excellent care of us.... Die Unterkunft war einfach wundervoll. Das Haus hatte alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt, der Außenbereich war schön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt, der Pool ein Traum. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Da ich nicht gerne Romane an Rezessionen schreibe denke ich das der nachfolgende Satz alles beschreibt. Würden wir hier noch einmal Urlaub machen, ein ganz klares ja.

Beautiful, accomodation, very well equiped perfectly fit for guests travelling with children. The first accomodation in Croatia where we received what we expected. No mass tourism around, we discovered many "hidden" beaches around where we could enjoy all the beauty of Croatia.
