Located in the peaceful Dalmatian village of Smoković, near Zemunik, Villa Olive Grove is an excellent choice for guests looking to escape everyday life and enjoy the beauty of nature, as well as for those seeking an active holiday. Cycling routes, hiking trails and diving opportunities are all within easy reach, offering plenty of ways to explore the surrounding area.

Built in 2021, this modern villa features 350 m² of interior space set within an impressive 10,000 m² estate with 250 olive trees. The spacious grounds provide plenty of room for children to play and adults to unwind in a tranquil Mediterranean setting. Villa Olive Grove accommodates up to 12 guests and offers 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The sleeping arrangement includes 4 single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm and 3 double beds measuring 200 × 200 cm, 180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm. The single beds can be joined together when needed. One bathroom features a bathtub, while the others have shower cabins. Two additional separate toilets are also available.

The comfortable living room, furnished with a corner sofa, TV and coffee table, is a welcoming place to relax after a day of activities. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, while the dining area features a large table with seating for 10, perfect for sharing meals and spending time together.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The terrace features a private swimming pool measuring 55 m² and 1.6 m deep, complemented by sun loungers and a music system for creating a pleasant atmosphere. An outdoor wood-fired and gas barbecue is also available, making al fresco dining an enjoyable part of your stay.

Villa Olive Grove is particularly well suited to families and groups who enjoy an active holiday. Facilities include a grass football field, table tennis, a trampoline, a children's playground, swings and a basketball hoop. Guests can also enjoy a PlayStation and equipment for badminton and children's tennis. Practical amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, baby cot and high chair, making the villa convenient for families travelling with young children.

Zemunik and the neighbouring villages are known for their authentic local produce, rich history and rural tourism.
