I can’t recommend Villa Amarena enough. The villa is even better than the photos suggest, bigger, more spacious and very well equipped. It has everything you could need and more. László and his colleagues were always available by text and were there to greet us on arrival. It is located in the Borik area of Zadar which feels affluent and very safe. There are large supermarkets within a short walk and a taxi to the old town costs less than €10 (sometimes €5) and is less than 10 minutes away. The old town is stunning. Whilst in a residential area, it was very quiet and peaceful and it felt more like real Croatia than being in a holiday villa estate. There are a number of local restaurants within a 10 minute walk - all serving good food with great service in a relaxed environment - the meat platter at Konoba Rafaelo is amazing quality and value. All in all a fabulous villa - with only positive things to say. ps Molo boat tours are thoroughly recommended.

We had an amazing 5-day stay in this beautiful villa. The place is exactly as described—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The private pool is a real bonus, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant, ideal for a restful getaway. The host was responsive and welcoming. We’re leaving with great memories—thank you again!

Fantastic villa. Great location and host was super friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight back home and the host extended our check out time to 3pm which we really appreciated. Would stay here again.

Die Räumlichkeiten und die vielen Sitz und Liege möglichkeiten haben mir besonders gefallen. Außerdem war die Villa mit allen notwendigen Sachen ausgestattet.

Wir waren in einer 9er Gruppe in der Unterkunft und es hat perfekt gepasst. Zudem war der Vermieter sehr Freundlich und das haus sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage, jedoch war das nicht so schlimm wenn man kein Problem damit hat etwas zu laufen. Alles in allem super Preis Leistung Verhältniss

The house with the pool was really nice. The beds were really comfortable, you could sleep very well! Well air-conditioned rooms! You had a lot of space and a lot of peace and quiet! Der Aufbau vom Haus, die Atmosphäre.. einfach alles war Top. Leider hat bei uns die nächtliche Beleuchtung am Pool gefehlt, aber sonst war es einfach traumhaft und entspannt. So viele Möglichkeiten hat man in dieser Villa.

The villa has everything, different seating areas, a beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, football game etc. and the bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. The host has welcomed us with a cheese/sausage shelf and a bottle of wine, very thoughtful.

Meine Freunde und ich sind in diesem Haus für eine Woche geblieben und die Zeit dort war traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und auch die Schlafcouch lässt sich zu einem richtigen Bett aufklappen. Besonders die vielen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten haben wir gerne genutzt (Billiard, Darts, Wii,...) In die Stadt ist es zwar ein Stück zu gehen, dafür ist ein nicht zu stark besuchter Kiesstrand nur c.a. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Bäder, Haus und Pool waren sehr sauber und unsere Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub.

Super Villa, Sauberkeit TOP! Jeden Morgen um 08oo ist Personal gekommen um die Pool zu reinigen. Alles was man braucht ist da, wirklich alles Genug Teller,Gläser, usw Handtücher mehr als genug da. In Näher gibts Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen, einkaufen zu fuß ca. 10-15min Fußweg .. Strand ca 15min Fußweg Center mim Taxi,Auto erreichbar ca 10min Fahrt. Taxipreise sind günstig!

Das Objekt war sehr schön und grosszügig. War alles Tip Top und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

A great location and wonderful villa

Lovely house, very large spaces and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and amazing showers. Various outside furnished seating areas, including around the wonderfully clean pool. The games room and gym were an added bonus. Restaurants and bars less than 15 minutes walk away, all in all we had a fabulous experience and would very happily recommend Villa Amarena.

Prettige ontvangst in een mooie, ruime en zeer uitgebreide woning. Van spelletjeskamer, sporthonk tot zwembad, alles wat je vakantie compleet maakt is er te vinden. Wij hebben een prima week gehad!!
