Villa agréable, conforme aux photos. Difficile à localiser lors de notre arrivée, mais Mrs Lana a trouvé une personne parlant français qui est venue nous chercher. Quartier un peu à l’écart mais très calme. Sinon la maison est idéalement située pour visiter la région: Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Trogir, Krka.....que de belles choses à voir!!!

This villa is great - massive with two separate buildings. The pool and sauna are luxurious. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect. We had such an amazing stay. The villa was so well designed with a lovely pool and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated having essentials provided like dishwasher tablets and washing powder. The couple that owned the villa were so friendly and welcoming - their home made wine was delicious and they very kindly drove us to the port when we had to leave. Stayed in this villa for two weeks. Wonderfully quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa has a game room with a real table football game, pool table and table tennis table. There is also fast WiFi. The house itself is fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 with bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Villa Teuta ist eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Villa mit der perfekten Lage in Zadar. Sie war sehr sauber und die Besitzerin ist stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer einen Tipp parat. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

sve je bilo odlično, domaćin ljubazan i uvijek dostupan, bazen i kuća super opremljeni, kreveti udobni, čistoća na vrhunskom nivou.. nadamo se kako ćemo se opet vratiti, svakako preporuka. mi smo bili s puno djece i nije uopće bio problem, kuća je na osami... sve pohvale

It is a fantastic house with a great pool! We enjoyed it every minute. Everything you need is available. Zadar is closeby. Every morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery. A small supermarket is nearby (only cross the road). The photo’s reflect the reality. I highly recommend this accodmodation.

Vila Nebesi u potpunosti opravdava svoj naziv, u njoj ćete se osjećati kao da ste u nebesima. Odmor za poželjeti, mirna oaza u prirodi s toliko popratnog sadržaja za velike i male. Domaćin iznimno ljubazan i susretljiv, a sam objekt čist i uredan. Definitivno se vraćamo ponovno, jer smo bili pretužni što smo ostali tako kratko u ovom raju!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The property had a pool on the ground floor and a hot tub on the rooftop – a perfect combination for relaxation. We had two apartments on top of each other, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, which gave us extra comfort and privacy. Very spacious house. Very comfortable, very well equipped, nicely decorated. Air conditioning and mosquito nets everywhere. Flat screen TV. Large, clean swimming pool, robot available. Lots of accessories for fun: floats and buoys, ball, games for children. Poolside lighting in the evening. Swing to relax! Very comfortable beds. Thanks to the neighbors who are the owner's parents. Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 2 seperaten Wohnungen, perfekt für Familien oder große Gruppen! Perfekte Lage: Bäcker, Restaurant und kleineres Geschäft sind direkt über die Straße, größere supermärkte (Plodine, konzum) ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar! Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Außerdem ist das Haus sehr gepflegt! Kleiner Minuspunkt: das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist ziemlich klein. Das Haus liegt in einem tollen Garten mit allerlei Bäumen, Gemüse etc. Der Garten ist äußerst gepflegt und Kinder haben richtig was zu entdecken. Auch der Pool und der Bereich um den Pool sind richtig schön und laden zum Verweilen ein.

A warm welcome, & a stunning place with simple elegance. the place was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Pool (was cold) play area for the kids. Also had Snooker table great for entertainment. The nearest city is Zadar and takes about 30 mins and delightful with a famously historic places and the famous musical sea organ. Meine Freunde und ich haben uns für eine Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in der nähe von Benkovac eingemietet und können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Sowohl Anreise als auch Schlüssel-Übergabe verliefen problemlos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Leute und standen uns für all unsere Fragen gerne zur Verfügung. We stayed at this beautiful Villa with 5 adults and two little dogs and it was fantastic. The owner of this rental apartment were super friendly and the Villa and the outdoor space was very clean. Due to the property being completely surrounded by a wall the dogs were able to walk around by themselves and they had a very good time, too. What a great family. They welcomed us with food and brought some fresh cherries. Lovely people with an exceptional friendly character. The villa is close to 2 supermarkets where you can find everything you need. The villa is simply beautiful. The rooms were clean and the stone oven in the pool house is a real highlight. We were a group of 10 guys and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great stay!

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 10 Männern angereist und waren erst einmal erstaunt, wie groß die Anlage ist - auf den Bildern erscheint das Haus kleiner, als es tatsächlich ist. Es ist alles, wie beschrieben - besser geht's nicht. Villa Luma var på alle måder en positiv overraskelse og oplevelse! Huset ligger fredeligt ca. 15 min. kørsel fra Zadar centrum i en mindre landsby. Nærheden til Zadar lufthavn generer ikke. Der er kun få daglige overflyvninger. Huset er rummeligt, praktisk og med skønne ude-faciliteter: stor grill, ude-køkken med køleskab, fjernsyn, osv. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung im online Portal. Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung…Zadar, Biograd oder die vielen Nationalparks. Die Nachbarin hat uns mit frischen Weintrauben und selber gebackenem Kuchen/Gebäck versorgt. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat uns Lana sofort weitergeholfen und war zur Stelle falls erforderlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.
