We can proudly say that another of our villas received the Welcome Family Award. It's a project of the Zadar Tourist Board in labeling quality in family accommodation in Zadar County. The Welcome project is an excellent opportunity for all renters who have proven to be good hosts to join this project in a set that will valorize excellence and be rewarded along the way. The basis of the labeling project is standardization quality of service that will result in a differentiated product recognizable in the market.

There are 4 categories that renters need to meet: WELCOME RURAL indicates a stay in a renovated traditional holiday home in a rural setting with additional services / value. WELCOME CITY indicates a stay in accommodation facilities in the old city urban cores. WELCOME FAMILY refers to accommodation in facilities oriented to the segment of families with children up to 12 years of age. WELCOME BIKE (part of the ZADAR BIKE MAGIC project) ar accommodations with basic infrastructure standards for cyclo-tourists.

Apart from the stunning Villa Mek, which has been adorned with the Family Award since 2019, another one of our villas proudly bears that title. That is Villa Silentium in Pristeg. In the small  and peaceful place of Pristeg in the nearby of Vrana, Nature Park and city of Benkovac, this beautiful villa is located whose modern decoration and huge outdoor space allows fun family vacation.

The biggest advantage of this villa is the square footage of the outdoor space which amounts to 2500m2 including heated pool, volleyball court and children’s playground where fun is guaranteed. Furthermore, there is plenty of other activities such as table tennis and table football, water polo goals, badminton rackets, any type of a ball as well as board games. If you even decide to have family singing contest, you can, because there is a karaoke set. It is ideal for families because while you sunbathe and lie on the sun loungers by the pool, children have a great choice of entertainment, and yet you still have an eye on them.

Villa Silentium is perfect for families and can accommodate 6+2 people in three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and one extendable couch, apart from two bathrooms.  The whole first floor, where all the bedrooms, as well as living room and kitchen are located, is just for you. It is decorated in modern neutral colors with the touch of floral details and patterns that make it unique. Kitchen and living room are fully equipped in an open space plan and are connected to the terrace that allows you the view on the pool and garden on top of endless serene nature.
