Villa Suton is located in Podvršje, which belongs to the municipality of Ražanac and is only 20 minutes away from Zadar. This place guarantees you peace and quiet, yet the much-needed proximity to both the city center and the beaches, which are 3 km away in the town of Ljubač. Ljubač is known for its sandy beaches that are a paradise for children.

This luxurious one-story house is located right next to the sea and offers a stunning view of the sunsets on the sea. Whether you're enjoying yourself on the beach in front of the house or on the spacious yard in the pool, you won't remain indifferent with this view.

This beautiful one-story house is located in a charming and traditional place called Bibinje, which is 10 km from Zadar. You will never be bored in this tourist destination because the whole summer is full of events, folklore evenings, parties and concerts. The beaches continue one after the other along the coast and offer numerous restaurants and cafes for entertainment and refreshment. Throughout the town you have a number of restaurants and taverns with a rich offer of Mediterranean specialties. The house itself is 50 meters from the beach and offers direct access to the sea and an endless beach as far as the eye can see.

 A large glass wall separates you from the beautiful outdoor area with the heated pool and the sun lounges that surround it. There is also a playground for your little ones and a covered terrace with a dining table and a place to relax and drink your morning coffee by the pool.

VILLA DINA, ZATON, 6 PERSONS

This villa is located in the beautiful small town of Zaton, close to Nin and Zadar. Zaton is known for its beautiful sandy and rocky beaches, the shade provided by the pine forest, but also for its cultural and historical heritage. Zaton is perfect for families because of the safe and quiet surroundings where you can truly rest and recharge your body and soul. Zaton also offers the possibility of daily boat trips to the Kornati islands or trips and visits to one of the nearby national parks, such as Plitvička jezera NP, Kornati, Krka or Paklenica National Park.
