At the heart of Villa NikSun, you'll find a beautiful outdoor oasis with breathtaking sea views. Step outside to discover a spacious heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. Surrounding the pool are sun lounges and umbrellas, offering the perfect place to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere. Right next to the pool, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill invites you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the stunning surroundings. The outdoor dining area is perfect for family gatherings, and for the younger ones, there’s a fun playground with a slide and swing.

As you step inside the villa, you’re welcomed into an open-plan living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional separate bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three more spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Every room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a TV, ensuring you have everything you need for a restful stay. With four double beds in total, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
