This luxurious, newly built Villa Quercus in Briševo, near Zadar, perfectly combines elegance, comfort, and sophisticated design, offering everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. The villa provides the perfect retreat, while Zadar and the surrounding areas, such as Nin, Biograd, and Vodice, offer numerous opportunities for entertainment, cultural activities, and gourmet experiences. Given its proximity to national parks, the villa is an ideal starting point for exploring Croatia's natural beauty. Additionally, guided tours can be arranged upon request.

In the enclosed courtyard, there is a heated 40 m² pool equipped with a waterfall and a counter-current swimming system. Guests can relax on sun loungers by the pool or unwind in the jacuzzi. The summer kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a large dining table, is perfect for preparing meals outdoors. The villa also offers a sauna, a children's playground, table tennis equipment, a small soccer field, and outdoor seating areas for enjoying the fresh air. For added ambiance and music, two speakers are available—one portable speaker for the poolside area and another inside the villa.

The villa's spacious 400 m² includes the main building, an annex, and a summer kitchen. The main building features four elegant bedrooms—three on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The annex contains an additional bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the villa is also equipped with three baby cribs. There are four luxurious bathrooms and two balconies, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. The open-plan ground floor boasts a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room filled with natural light. The annex is a true gem of this villa, offering a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, as well as a large dining area with a fireplace and its own kitchen. The basement of the annex features an entertainment area with a billiards table, table football, darts, and a PlayStation console, while wine lovers can enjoy a wine room with a bar. Additionally, there is an ice maker in the game room for preparing ice. With five double beds, sofas, and extra beds available, Villa Quercus comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests, with more beds available upon request.
