Ubytovanie sa nachadza v pokojnej casti Privlaky, cela tato oblast je ale pokojnejsia a neturisticka. Plne vybavena vila s velkou vyhodou vlastenej kupelne pre kazdu izbu/miestnost, Velky bazen vhodny na plavanie aj zabavu pre deti, komfortne sedenie/lezanie pri bazene pre vsetkych. Niekolko teras, moznost grilovania... Na plaze je to par minut autom (beach Sabunike aj pesi...).

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana a metà agosto 2024. La casa è esattamente come si presenta in foto, ambienti moderni e puliti, dotata di piscina barbecue e piccola sauna. Se si soggiorna a Villa Sabbia è necessario avere la macchina perché si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a pochi minuti di auto si trovano supermercati, spiagge carine e la città di Nin. Per visitare le principali città o luoghi più turistici il tragitto è un po più lungo ma fattibile senza problemi: da Zara sono circa 20 minuti. La proprietaria di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato luoghi da visitare e vari ristoranti.

Super schönes Haus, ruhige Lage und mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten in Zadars Innenstadt. Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizt, was zum Ende der Saison schon Überwindung braucht. Sehr sauber, super Kommunikation und alles war so wie beschrieben.

Es war eine wundervolle Villa! Sie hat jede Erwartung übertroffen. Es lief alles reibungslos :-)

Everything in this villa is brand new. It is very modern and the owner has taken special care to decorate it beautifully. It made us feel like we were having a 5 star experience. All the bedrooms are en suite with nice bathrooms (Lovely showers!) There are two kitchens, and a new gas BBQ, and the outside area is very relaxing with shade for those who like to keep out of the sun. Sonja and her family were very helpful and I was able to get hold of her easily on WhatsApp if I had any questions.

The supermarkets are 5 minutes' drive and the beaches are also 5 minutes. That being said - we didn't need the beach as the villa is so welcoming we preferred to stay by our own private pool. Restaurants are in the local village of Nin but again, you will need to drive there.

I recomend the Villa very much. I would book it again (and might come back in the future).

Everything was nice and clean. Owner is very helpful, came to help us with air conditioning in about 10 minutes after we called (it was 9pm and the fault was our) and fixed it right away. Just perfect!
