Villa Roma is located in a small place called Žerava, which is located in between Zadar and Nin, which is known as the oldest Croatian royal city, and is only 15 km from Zadar. Apart from the rich cultural heritage, Nin is proud of its position on an island in the middle of a shallow lagoon which, in addition to being a real little paradise for families and children, also has healing properties. Nin also boasts the smallest cathedral in the world, St. Nicholas, as well as the statue of Gregory of Nin, whose golden thumb allegedly brings good luck, so it is included in the 10 most attractive symbols of happiness in the world.
This beautiful villa can accommodate 6 + 2 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one is equipped with two single beds. Villa Roma will delight you with its modern decoration whose choice of colors and materials adds to the feeling of luxury. In addition to the beautiful interior, the villa also has a tavern and a wood-burning fireplace where you can enjoy preparing Dalmatian delicacies, after which you can refresh yourself in a spacious private pool overlooking the mountains and untouched nature.

Simply fantastic! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The house exceeded our expectations, with its superb location and excellent facilities. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our trip to Zadar.

A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good. The owners also do a great job putting insect repellant down, killing ants that may try and invade. Communication with them was very good, they were there to meet us when we arrived and show us around. They had left water, bread and some meat and cheese thoughtfully for us to eat when we arrived. We had no problems whilst there and only messaged them once, they replied instantly. Things to note for future guests - There was only one air conditioning unit located in the lounge. This was a good powerful unit, that did a great job keeping most places cool. There are shutters all around the building which also keep the property cool if kept down. We needed to keep all the bedroom doors open at night though, which can effect privacy as the rooms are close together. There were no inflatables, balls, noodles for the pool; so be prepared to buy your own or bring some. We brought some stuff and left it there for the next guests! We found no toaster or kettle, which wasn’t a problem as we just boiled water and used the grill. All in all, a lovely property and Croatia is beautiful and full of very friendly people
