Superb hosts in a wonderful villa. Two families went and each family had a separate part which was perfect. We spent most of the time in the pool and in the outside kitchen. The hosts were brilliant and left us much needed drinks, bread, ham and cheese for us on arrival. The gated private site meant we felt secure at all times. Thanks

Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage mit 2 Familien in der Villa. Sie ist modern und vollausgestattet. Marta und ihre Familie sind wunderbar herzlich. Sie standen uns per WhatsApp jederzeit zur Verfügung, beantworteten alle Fragen und empfingen uns am ersten Tag mit einer leckeren Vesperplatte und ein paar Getränken. Spacious and comfortable villa, very well equipped (tableware, glasses, pots, pans, hygiene products, capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher, coffee capsules, two hair dryers). The pool is very well-maintained and cleaned regularly. In the garden there is a shower, ping-pong table, and trampoline. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und half immer weiter. Wir bekamen sogar eine Willkommens-Snack-Platte und eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Am ersten Tag wurde der Keller leider durch die Waschmaschine überflutet. Man sendete uns am nächsten Tag aber gleich einen Klempner, der das Problem behob. Super! Die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind sehr schön eingerichtet und es war alles sehr sauber. Nach Zadar fuhr man ca. Eine halbe Stunde - zum Meer lief man ca. 10 Minuten... Das Haus ist ein Traum! Mateo und seine Eltern haben uns so herzlich mit einer Wurst-Käse-Platte und Schnaps begrüßt! Das Haus ist ganz neu und super eingerichtet! Es war eine traumhafte Zeit! Es ist dort noch viel schöner als es auf den Fotos ersichtlich ist!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!!

Wir reisten mit unseren vier Kindern im Juni nach Razanac. Die Villa Trabakul ist auf den Fotos und auch in der Beschreibung treffend dargestellt. Ergänzend lässt sich erwähnen, dass jedes Zimmer über ein Fenster mit Insektengittern verfügt. Wir konnten auch bei Hitze so lüften, dass wir die Klimaanlagen nicht benötigten. Ivana war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Die hieß uns mit regionalen Wurst-, Käse- und Brotspezialitäten herzlich... The house is beautiful and has plenty of space. We were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 babies. On arrival we were shown the house and Mrs Ines was very friendly and had arranged for us to have a baby cot. The old town is about 7 minutes by car. There are enough shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed the time. Pool and hot tub are also clean and nice. In all, we were very satisfied and will book the house more often in the future. Thank you for the nice stay

We have been at this lovely place for 12 days. It has everything we needed. Owner and his wife were very kind, and helpful if we had any questions. The pool was a bit cold, and it is pretty windy, but thats the weather to blame, and not the house and property.

Sweet apartments with an amazing pool and chill area. We loved the old, rustic interior style and enjoyed our stay very much. Marino is entitled to be a super host!

Amazing spacious villa with lovely pool area and outside area. 3 large double rooms and large sofa. Villa was equipped with everything one would need. Good location also. Games room/gym was an extra bonus.

Es war tatsächlich alles so wie beschrieben und zum Teil sogar noch besser. Alles war sauber, alles hat funktioniert…der Aufenthalt war ein echter Genuss. Perfekt für 6 Personen bzw. 2 Familien. The villa is a 15 minute drive to the centre of Zadar and the same to the small town of Nin (Uber also readily available if you’re without a hire car). The location itself is very quiet, but, there are plenty of small supermarkets close by for provisions, and it feels safe at all times. The hosts were excellent. We had a fantastic stay at Villa Malusy. The villa has everything you need and is equipped with every comfort. Everything was super clean. With a beautiful view, and within walking distance of the sea. The host and hostess were friendly and welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information. Check-out also went very smoothly. Definitely recommended!

The villa was beautifully clean and equipped with everything we needed. The owners living nearby met us on arrival and very welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. Answered all our questions promptly and made recommendations when we asked. Location was perfect for us being a quiet secluded spot but within short drives to Zadar and other towns and beaches. A lot of care has been taken making this place feel like a home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, easy to use and understand. The pool is refreshing and clean, with nice lights on until around midnight. There is a large TV, with access to Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. WIFI is very good.
