Today we are representing you beautiful stone Villa Zizi  that is located in a pittoresque small place of Vrsi in the nearby of Zadar. Vrsi is quiet and family oriented place with many sandy, pebble and rocky natural beaches. There are may stone villas but this one exudes uniqueness with its baby blue shutters on the tavern and the peace and privacy that its location allows looking over both: sea and mountain.

Villa Zizi is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with one toilet. Two bedrooms with double beds have private bathrooms, one bedroom is furnished with double bed and one bedroom is furnished with bunk bed, which is perfect for kids.

Besides fully equipped kitchen and living room with an extendable couch, Villa Zizi offers vast entertainment  possibilities in the outdoor area such as sizable heated swimming pool, billiard pool, table tennis and the most importantly a tavern with a fireplace where family can gather on summer nights  and enjoy romantic sound of crackling fire accompanied by delightful aroma of Dalmatian specialties.

COVID-19 flexible cancellation terms

In case you need to cancel due to pandemic, here are new cancellation terms:

• Till 30 days prior to villa check-in .................... free cancellation
• 29 - 15 days prior to villa check-in ................. Voucher in case of pandemic Covic-19 for the booked villa in the full amount paid valid for this or next year.

***This cancellation policy is applied only for new bookings from 10th of April 2021.

*** Client is entitled to a COVID-19 cancellation terms with a valid proof of tourist cross-border travel not allowed, or mandatory tests / quarantine upon return from holiday. Restrictions need to be active at the time of booking cancellation.
